The word “home” has several definitions, the most prominent being “the place where one lives permanently, especially as a member of a family or household.”
The word “home” has so much more potential than merely four brick walls in which you grew up as a child. Home could be a person. A person who you feel is so deep into your head to an extent that it scares you. A person you could just sit with in silence for hours, doing nothing but staring at the skies, not uttering a single word, and enjoy it so much that it becomes something you want to do more than often.
Home could also be an entity. The school you went to as a child, or the college that made you feel you actually belong to the right place or maybe a job that you were convinced was definitely made for you, that you were born to do it. An entity that put you in situations that gave you the utterly magnificent outcome that is your current personality, an entity that was the reason you met the people who made you become the person you are today.
Home could be your bookshelf, or even your own music Playlist.
Home is an idea that rests your soul.
It is definitely, definitely so much more than four brick walls.
