lost

chapter 1

Sarah was always late to school because the bus would forget her. The bus won't even slow down to get her. So she would always have to run to school. She lived in the bad side of town, where all the druggies were and with her mom shitty boyfriend that always beat her and her mom. Well she would get to school and always meet up with her friend. Then all of a sudden everyone turned their head and I didn't understand why. Eva turned  to say " there's a new kid".

Finally it came  to my head that there was a new kid. The bell rings to get to class. Well to find out the new kid was in her math class, science class, english, social studies class, and even lunch. Sarah always felt like she was being stalk or something but she wasn't. All her friends had 6 period lunch and she had 5b lunch, so she would always sit alone. Well today was different. The new kid walk up and sits right down beside me.

"Do you mind if I sit here" he shared.
"Yes you can" sarah said as she was eating her sandwich.

"What's your name?"  She asked,
"Well my name is Dakota". He said as he pulled out his lunch box.

"Well my name Sarah , Dakota" she said to him as they both ate. Then the table got quit for a while and nobody said a thing. Ring ring ring the bell rang.

"Well time to go" sarah said. As they walk down the hall he stared at her like he like her or she was perfect. She didn't understand why he would look at her but it didn't bother her much. Well it was last class and only 5 mins left. So the teacher let us pack up and and do whatever we want. Sarah would always stand in the corner of the class room. She would play on her phone even though she was aloud  to but the teacher never notice. Dakota was in that class and he walk over to say hi but got interrupted. Kid started to ask him a lot of questions. So he walk away and came to stand beside sarah. Sarah doesn't  really care about dakota.  Then after a few days they would talk Dailey and then it turned in to a friendship and would try to make it past the friend zone but wont. Dakota would bring  he all kinds of gifts for no reason. Then after months went by she stared to catch feeling for him but she could remember her past. Her past was dark and she never want to bring it up. Her friend didn't know about her past because she would always cry when she would start talking g about it. Well she load up on the bus and yelled at the bus driver for never picking her up in the morning. Then sat Down in her seat and put her headphones on and jammed out. Finally it was her stop but something was different about it today. There was a car at the end of the drive way with my grandma and my mom waiting for me to get off.  She takes a few steps off the the bus and the bus leave. Then her mom get out of the car screaming " let's go let's go, we have to leave before he comes home". I ran to jump in the car with mom and grandma and drove away. I did my homework as momma and grandma talk. They would try to talk to me but I said I was busy and didn't want to talk. Then I was all done and I looked down at my phone and seen 10 text message from dakota. I finally had service to to text him back. He told that he was coming to my house and I told him no that I wasn't home. I kept thinking about him, there was a day that never went by that I didn't think about him.  There was nobody else to talk to beside him because he would always make sure I was okay or had what I needed. I left school for a week and came back to find my locker full of notes and gifts and flower that were dead of course but that didn't matter. He would always wait for me, he was a complete gentlemen. Grandma would always pick me up from school to go back to get house. I didn't go back to my house. Mommy didn't either, but I was okay with that.
