Chapter One: Preparation

You need to be prepared for anything. Earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, zombies. Yes, I said zombies with a z. Zombies are very well known for their roles in video games, movies, television shows ect. but many people don't believe that they could someday be real and alive running our streets. Zombies feast on the living so we are basically meals on wheels or meals on feet. Even though zombies arent very fast they see as quiet as a mouse when we're breathing about 50 mph. This is the preperation list for how to survive for awhile in the crazy dog eat dog world.

What a bag/ suitcase should include: A radio, duct tape, bandages of all sizes, different dressings( not salad), ibuprofen, fire blanket, solar-powered chargers for phones and other electronics, aspirin, alcohol wipes, q tips, tweezers, disposable gloves, pocket mask, butterfly closure strips, saline, soap, goggles, scissors, oral re-hydration salts, aloe Vera gel, batteries, and a surgical mask. All these might seem silly to some and a necessity to others.

Another thing you need to do is make an emergency plan for you and your family. You may see on papers and pamplets for fires to meet by a mailbox but with zombies, that might be a one way ticket to death. Your family would need to make a different plan for different situations. You (if your an adult) and your spouse might be at work while you(if your a kid) and your siblings are at school. If you are a parent call your spouse and tell them about the zombies and to meet at the childrens school. You will need to go as far out into the country as you can because big cities and towns will be most likely over run by zombies.( Read chapter 2 for more information on what you should do one your first day.)
