Sorry if this chapter was boring! It's more of a filler to lead up to the next chapter. :)

-------

It's Sunday today, and I'm absolutely bored. I'm grounded from my iPod, computer, or any other electronics in the house. Also, being that Friday was a half day of school, my dad made me stay home, that way I couldn't see Vic. It's also bad, because I'm not able to talk to Savannah.

The thing is, though, my parents can't stop me from seeing Vic. I mean, I still have that Choir concert with him on Friday. No way, my parents could stop me from going to that.

"Hey, Diana. Mom and dad just left to the store. You can get on the computer, I promise not to tell." Julian says as he walks into my room.

I liked the fact that Julian was basically on my side. He even said that he likes Vic, and he wants to see him around more. He never bothered to tell our parents that, though; he was scared he was going to get yelled at.

I immediately logged onto Facebook as I reached the computer. I went to see if Vic was on. It wasn't at the time. I still decided to message him anyway.

- Me to Vic.
Hey, Vic. I miss you! I haven't talked to or seen you since Thursday. I'm so sorry it all had to end it up like this. I'm sorry I'm just so damn kissable ;) LOL, I'm joking. But, I seriously can't wait for tomorrow to see you at school. Bye! :)

Nobody else was even online, so I just decided to log off and head back to my room. There was no use of being on the computer.

Vic's POV

"Mike, where you at bro?" I shouted as I walked around Wal-Mart. I have no idea how I managed to lose Mike in the store.

I made my way to grocery side of the store to see if Mike was grabbing some food.

I was walking down an aisle and that's when I spotted Diana's parents in the store. I immediately covered my face and turned back around, going into a different aisle.

I went down the aisle where basically all the snacking stuff was, finally finding Mike. "There you are, man. I was looking all over for you."

"Dude, I told you I was coming over here."

I shrugged my shoulders, "I guess I didn't hear you."

"Obviously." Mike's voice mocking me.

"Dude, so we need to hurry. I saw Diana's parents and I don't want to run into her—" I cut myself off as I saw Diana's parents walking towards Mike and I.

I didn't know what the hell to do. I was rather frightened by Diana's father. Her mom wasn't intimidating, though.

I was hesitant with my words as Diana's father finally approached us, "Uh, h-hello, sir. N-nice seeing you here." I stuck my hand out to shake Diana's father's hand.

He rejected by slapping my hand away, "Listen here, boy. Stay away from my daughter. I don't need a little prick like you messing with my daughter. She's not some toy you can play with."

It kind of hurt at the fact Diana's father thought I was like those typical high school boys. I'm a senior now, and I'm becoming a man. I know to never mess with a girl's heart.

"I'm sorry you're thinking that way, sir. But, I don't see you're daughter as some new toy to play with. I see her more than that. I know she's human, and has a heart. I'm sorry, I can't stay away from her, because you are forgetting that we go to school together."

Diana's father just chuckled as I finished speaking. "That's just it, son. I don't want you going to school tomorrow, or the rest of this week. I want to stay away from my daughter. If you as so come near my daughter at school, I won't think twice about pulling her out of school and transferring her somewhere else."

I was put in shock after those words left this man's mouth. I cared about Diana and I have to see her. If her father pulled her out of school and made her go somewhere new, I knew she wouldn't be a happy person. So, I did as I was told and I decided it was best if I did stay home from school.

-------

"Vic, man, you can't just let him control you like that!" Mike yelled as I was driving.

I sighed. "I care a lot about her, though, Mike. I can't let her move to other school. Her dad is probably bluffing, but I know it's just to keep me away from Diana. Her happiness comes before mine."

"Do you hear yourself, Vic? Besides, she's just a girl. Even if you did date her, it probably wouldn't last. Not trying to be an asshole, but with her dad in the way, it wouldn't last for you guys."

"Shut the fuck up, Mike! If I did date her, it would last! You want to know why? Because no matter what got in the way of our relationship, I would fight my ways to be with her."

My body felt tensed. I don't think I've ever been so pissed off before.

We finally made it home and I went straight to my room. I was done with dealing with people for today. I decided to calm myself down with getting on to Facebook.

I logged on and saw I had a message from Diana.

- Diana.
Hey, Vic. I miss you! I haven't talked to or seen you since Thursday. I'm so sorry it all had to end it up like this. I'm sorry I'm just so damn kissable ;) LOL, I'm joking. But, I seriously can't wait for tomorrow to see you at school. Bye! :)

She was damn right about herself being kissable. I ain't going to lie when I say she is; she's a good kisser. Little did she know. she wouldn't be seeing me for another few days. I suddenly became sick.

- Me to Diana.
Well, you are pretty kissable. ;) But, yeah, I don't know about going to school tomorrow. I haven't been feeling well over this weekend. Not sure if I'll feel any better by tomorrow. I'll see you when I see you. Bye! Take care.

It hurt me to tell her that I wouldn't be seeing her. I know she wanted to see me, and the feeling was mutual. But, if I wanted to keep her happy, I had to do as her father told. Even if he wasn't my dad. I had to listen, whether I wanted to or not.
