Alayna

You gotta be fucking kidding me.

"Watch your mouth young lady." Principle Harvey scolded.

Did I say that out loud?

"I'm sorry, Mr. H, but could you just repeat that one more time. I don't think I heard you correctly." I pleaded, hoping that what I just heard was a misunderstanding.

"You, Alayna Prescott, are going to tutor Mason Castle."

Mason Castle. The cocky bastard, Mason Castle?

Mason was the hot shot fuckboy heart breaker. He was the tall, blonde, blue eyed Adonis with a full ride to play football anywhere in the entire freaking country. He was like a Barbie doll who slept with anything that had boobs.

And now ... I had to tutor him.

I must've been silent for a while because Mr. H was waving his hand in front of my face, "Hello? Miss Prescott?"

I shook out of my daze, "Sorry, sir, but I don't understand why I have to tutor him."

"Well," He flipped through a file that was sitting in front of him, "You are an excellent student - top of your class -"

I flipped my hair mentally. Well, duh.

"But,"

Shit.

"Your records are lacking hours of community service."

I felt my eye twitch. I took a deep breath, "I'm sure there's other ways to do community service, right?"

Mr. H nodded, still looking down at his papers.

"Okay," I continued, "So ... why can't I just do something else?"

"Because this kills two birds with one stone, Miss Prescott. You need hours and he needs help to pass finals."

"BUT HE'S A COMPLETE IDIOT." I covered my mouth as soon as I said it.

Mr. H gave me a pressing look, "Miss Prescott, my decision is final. I'm not asking. You have to tutor Mr. Castle for your hours or you won't be able to qualify for valedictorian."

Holy shitballs. I thought. This is what I get for being smart?

"Do you understand, Miss Prescott?" Mr. H asked.

I'm gonna kill myself.

I nodded, "Yes, I understand."
