I've waited for twenty minutes. She wasn't late, I was just early. My nerves and Alex have been biting at my skin for the past couple days and the last thing I wanted to do was be late.

She didn't know where I was taking her, just the address of the café on the opposite side of the street. I was making it a surprise and praying to every god that she'd like it.

Finally I saw her come in as the door bells chimed. She looked so pretty, her legs looked amazing in those jeans and I couldn't stop staring at her ass.

"Hi Ben," she glowed, "this is such a nice place." she said, twirling her head as she slid into the booth.

"Hey, I'm glad you like it." I rushed, "unfortunately this isn't where we're gonna be spending the day." I quickly stood up and offered her my hand. She took it, rising with me, eyebrows close together, mouth opened like a very cute fish.

"what?"

"We're going there." I said and pointed vaguely across the street.

"the Planetarium!" her eyes widened impossibly and she started bouncing on her toes as I opened the door for her. "oh my god, I've always wanted to go there."

I was happy. So happy that she was happy that I could live of her excitement for years. We walked towards the crosswalk and waited for the light to change. Suddenly she emitted a strange groan and pulled my hand,

"there's no cars, Benvolio, and you've got me all excited." her body managed to pull me all the way across the street and to the entrance of the planetarium before I could even say anything.

I bought the tickets. Of course, against her protesting I also bought her a lollipop that she was eyeing for half an hour. We talked. We talked in the weird sciency rooms and during the activities. We laughed as she was trying to 'jump" on the surface of the moon and I made a steam tornado. We played a game in identifying star constellations, I knew them all, but naturally I let her win, it made her happy. Later we rushed to the seance in the 360 cinema and took the best seats, in the middle of the theatre. The screen surrounded us and we whispered through out the entire documentary. My heart stopped every time she gasped at the beautiful images of the planets and the stars, and even in the dim light her eyes sparkled brighter than any of them. She giggled so hard that the lady behind told us to be quiet five times but every time we got louder.

"I loved it, thank you." She said, staring into my eyes.

"Are you hungry?" I asked, I couldn't look at her for too long, it would make me weak.

"Starving. You know a place? I've never been to this neighbourhood"

"Yeah, this really nice shawarma place, it's kinda hidden, not a lot of people go there."

"lead the way, Adams" She smirked.

I smiled and gestured for her to walk through the door.

So we got the shawarma. Apart from anything I expected, this girl ate like a guy. Quick, unapologetically and dropping food everywhere. It was so sexy.

As I was taking of my leather jacket, she noticed my new tattoo on the inside of my arm.

"mountains?" she asked, mouth full but trying her best to cover it up with her hand.

"yeah, I like mountains." I answered, taking a bite of my food.

"cool, I've always wanted a tattoo." she muttered the last part almost inaudibly.

"get one." my remark made her explode in chuckles.

"oh no no no, you haven't met my parents, they'd hate me more than when I did this." She pointed to a little bump bellow the right corner of her bottom lip. "got kicked out the house for two weeks." She smiled at the memory.

"You pierced you lip?" I asked, shocked. She didn't look like a person to do something like that.

"when I was fifteen, and this." She moved her hair and showed two rings on her upper ear.

"nice."

I took her home. The walk from the train wasn't that far and turned out she only lived a fifteen minute bike ride away from me.

I picked out a cigarette, lit it and took a long inhale. As I was pushing the lighter back into my pocket I caught her staring.

"You want one?"

"No.." she drew out, "I've never tried."

"good" I chuckled.

"You just offered me one though?"

"I wasn't going to give it to you, silly." I blew the smoke in the opposite direction of her face and caught her little smile.

"why?"

"I thought you're smart, Hart, these are cancer sticks."

"then why are you smoking?"

"bad habits are hard to break." I mumbled with it between my lips.

Her warm hand creeped inside my palm and I think my heart melted.
