How could I let him fall!? I should've stopped him! Tears streamed down my face as I jumped down, wincing at the fall. He couldn't be dead...

"Ty!" I gasped, grabbing him and pulling him close. He gasped in his sleep. I held him close, looking for any major wounds. There was blood on his head and some on my chest. "Sky... sorry.." He whispered.

"Ssh, it's okay, you don't need to be sorry." I whispered, kissing the tears from his cheeks. He continued to cry, though, and I began to wonder if he was dreaming.

"Sk... Sky..." He muttered, his body twisting in my grip suddenly. Then his back arched, and he screamed. "SKY!?"

I pulled back for a second, surprised,  then shook him awake, just as I had done that morning. "T-Ty it's okay. I'm here, you're okay." I whispered as he woke, his body shaking. When he saw me. his arms wrapped around my neck, and he pulled himself closer, burying his face in my neck.

"Adam... I want to go home..." I nodded and stood, holding him in my arms. "Alright. We'll go home for now. I can just come back here later." I replied, and even though I saw doubt in his eyes about leaving me alone, he nodded.

  "Alright."

I was back in the cave, mining anything valuable when I heard voices. I paused abs looked up, my hand going tip the hilt of my sword. Better safe than sorry.

"Aww come on babe, no one's here!" I frowned before a grim crossed my face.

"Mitch 'sthat you?" I called and heard a second voice.

"Oh now the party has started." A rather fluffy person said and I laughed, picking up the last bit of coal. I walked the small amount of a distance between us and grinned, putting my hand on my hip and leaving slightly against a wall.

"Dude, where have you been?" Mitch asked and I shrugged. I pulled my pack around, moving to put my pick in it.

"I've been hanging out with Ty more. We live together now." Jerome grinned. I glanced up. He better not say anything dirty about that, I thought.

"Ooohhh some skylox going on?" He asked and I blushed, rolling my eyes. He said something dirty about it.

"Ha, no. One, I'm not gay. Two, he doesn't like me like that." Mitch snorted, pulling his sword out to see how long it would last. His eyes focused on the blade, but he was still listening.

"What?" I asked him, turning. He laughed softly.

"Nothin' I just know both of you have a thing for eachother." I rolled my eyes.

  "We don't."

"Oh really? Let's go to your house. I bet I can prove it." He said, and Jerome grinned.

"I can't. Ty is sleeping." Mitch frowned.

  "It's almost noon..."

"He fell down the hole up there. I took him home to rest while I mined."

"Oh come on, I'm sure he'll be fine." Jerome said and grabbed my arm, pulling me along to the house. I stumbled with the furry creature and reached up with my free hand to fix my sunglasses.

"Ugh I'm going to regret this..."
