Have you ever heard of Ether?

Ether is the balance of the world. They created everything, from people, to plants, to even the air that we breathe in. A long time ago, the Great Spirits sacrificed himself to seal the rest of the monsters in another dimension.

However the seal is deteriorating With that in mind, the Unison League decides to make 6 other schools that are in different countries to fix the seal... To protect the citizens from any harm. Monsters are coming into our dimension, fighting to keep what was there's. That is called Ether Outbreaks.

In the country of Japan, live the school of Bellum, war. Only special students who can control the power of ether in their blood will be accepted. To save the heiwa, or peace, of this country, we fight to save everyone.

Within my fifteen years of living, I could never define these words.

Every year I try to understand what was "happiness" that's produced from "connecting" with other "humans". But it was all in avail; I could only learn what sadness, loneliness, and fakes were.

"I heard she burned the wrists of students in her last school.."

"Why does her parents let her come to school?"/

Transferring a total of 99 times to different schools, it was a miracle that these schools accepted me. I have a juvenile record already, with 99 cases with all the other schools.

My mother had to beg all the schools to accept me, despite all the cases.

I didn't wish for fire to appear out of nowhere.

I didn't wish for me to accidentally burn down classrooms.

I didn't even wish burning anyone who touched me.

It just happens.

When I became 7, I was friends with two people. Those were the only happy times in my life, playing just like normal children. Until one day, they touched me and started to catch on fire. It was solved quickly so there wasn't a bruise, but I was expelled from the school for being a "dangerous child".

I didn't want this power.

As I transfer to more schools, the more people who try to talk to me to get sustaining injuries. The fire just appears out of nowhere like a ghost, and dissipates just like light.

After my 5th school, everyone in my town heard the rumors. How there was a student who was a pyromania who will injure their precious children. Many students started transferring to another school or their parents complained about me being a nuisance. I didn't move from my homeland of Chiba, but I did have to move to different houses frequently.

"Yui! Are you ready?! It's your 100th school!" Waking up groggy, I rubbed my eyes. It was finally time for a new school year the first year of high school. At the very least, I would survive for one week. That's my goal for this stupid fire power.

Standing up and changing into my uniform, I looked at myself in the mirror. Right in front of me was a 15-year-old girl, in a clean white uniform, with long messy red hair. With emerald color eyes, she almost look like a Christmas Elf. There was also a hair clip, a feathered one with red berries on it. It has been with me for as long as I can remember.
