The Ten Commandments V. 01

Commandment No. 9 (Jan. 26, 2017)

9. Thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.

The story below:

"Gina, what do you think of my dress?" Sheena asked as she sways it in front of her friend. They both busy fitting of their old dresses found in Gina's grandmother's house where they lived before. "Still beautiful, isn't it?"

"Yes, and still fit like what I am wearing, isn't it?" She answered and smiled. She dance her dress too like it was new. "It’s like we never grew." She giggled too.

Gina and Sheena are friends since their grade school days. They share all things and memories. They are too conscious of their friendship every time a sign of misunderstanding came. Never in their friendships to entertain boys just because to keep the jealousy away and the distant of them,

"Let's go out wearing this!" Gina said excitedly.

"Yeah, that's cool!" She answered as glad as her friend. "Let's go!" She pulled Gina's hand and they went running the staircase down to the front door.

"Hey, young ladies, where are you going?" Asked by Gina's grandmother,

The two ladies stops and faces her, "Just somewhere!" Gina answered with no exact pointing of her hands too.

They're about to run again when the old woman called again. "Where is that? And you both are wearing improper. That's..."

"We know that grandma! See you later!" They eloped as quickly as possible. And both holding their hands and giggling full of excitement of where to go.

And in the middle of their craziest laugh and giggling they bump to one stranger.

"Watch out!" Too late when the guy said it,

"Oh! I'm sorry!" Both of them says the word and looked at the guy.

The guy didn't looked; instead, he kneeled down and picks all the things he is holding that scattered out and some rolled down the road.

"Oh! My, that's too many." Commented by Sheena, she kneeled down too to help the guy picking some of nails and screws.

"I'll pick some over here." Gina said pointing some on the road.

Sheena glances at the guy who is keeping quiet while they were busy picking all the pieces of screws and nails. She can't help but stares. Her hands busy even the object she is picking wasn't near anymore. That's the case the guy take his glance.

"You're picking nothing, Miss." He said.

"Oh!" Sheena smiles and back to helping. "You looked unfamiliar. Do you not from here?" She asked.

The guy looked again, still doing his picking. "I'm from here. Two blocks from here." He answered then stands up. He looked around and check for anything else. He looked over his container and check all the sizes and completeness of things placed in here. "One more missing," he said.

"Really! How'd you know there's still missing in it?" Sheena asked and sees the things if she can tell.

"The rubber holder included in this set is missing two pieces." He answered. He keeps looking near them and in anywhere where he might toss it by accident.

Gina came near and held up her hands full of objects just like what they picked up from the ground. "Here,"

"Oh! Thanks Miss." He nodded too. Still he keeps looking when he didn't see anything from another lady who helped him.

"Is there more?" Gina asked and looked at her friend too searching for something.

"Keep looking for the two rubber holder included in his tools." Sheena said.
