They were a couple for quite a while. How much was it? 3 years? About that much. He talked to her every night when he was in Japan. He would always send her morning and good night texts. He would always tell her everything. He even told her about the 'engagement' rings. They were just lucky charms, of course. At least for him.

Finally, he was coming back to Russia. Y/N had prepared a delicious dinner for him and now was waiting for him at the airport. It was a surprise of course. Poor Viktor though that she would wait for him at home, or will be asleep on the coach while watching TV and waiting for him. The second was most likely to happen. But no, his long-time girlfriend was waiting for him at the airport at 1:23 AM.

Y/N got to know Yuri while he was in Russia and was quite fond of his potential and motivation. That's why she kept in touch with him. And right now, she was texting him, asking if he wanted something as a present for the Silver Medal. He, as the shy boy he is, refused getting a present, but the girl knew exactly what to get him. With a small smile she looked a the clock. It was already 1:30 AM. Viktor was supposed to land any moment.

Just as the girl though that, someone hugged her from behind. She jumped up, getting her earphones out of her ears, just to see her boyfriend smiling behind her. With a sigh, she dropped her head and whined:

"I was supposed to be the one to surprise you..."

"But you really surprised me when I saw you sitting here. I almost though you were waiting for someone else." smiled innocently Viktor.

Oh, how she loved that smile of his.

Y/N just went to him and hugged him close. Heck, she was high enough just to rest her head on his chest. Nothing more, nothing else. He gently warped his hands around her fragile figure and placed his chin on top of her head.

"Welcome back. I missed you, Vitya." whispered Y/N, burying her head in his chest, just so she wouldn't start crying.

"I'm home, Y/N. I missed you more." smiled the man, kissing her soft hair.

"No way. On top of that you had Yuri with you. He is a great boy." laughed Y/N.

"What? I just came back and you're already complimenting someone else?" whined Viktor again.

"I didn't mean to. Sorry." whispered the girl, pulling away and looking into his ocean blue clear eyes. "Let's go home. I made dinner."

"Pork cutlet bowl?" asked curiously Viktor.

"Of course. I made from your favorite cake too." said Y/N with a big smile.

The man loved her cooking. She was a whole magician in the kitchen. And not only there, hehe. With that thought Viktor took her hand and began walking towards the parking lot. They got to the car and Y/N began driving towards their apartment.

While they were in the car, all that could be heard was Viktor's calming voice and his exited words about how he was going to skate again. How he had found inspiration. Y/N loved his skating. She was skating too, but only for fun. She was a sucker on the ice. Plus, she had health problems that didn't allow her to spin. If she tried spinning for too long, her head would start spinning too and she would faint. That's why Viktor never let her go skating without him. Little did he knew she had gone to the club and skated with Yurio. A lot of times. But Yurio was never gonna open his mouth. Probably because he wanted to live.

When they got home, Viktor sat on the sofa and asked his girlfriend:

"What do you plan on doing next?"

Why was that question? Y/N was writing. She had a great passion for it and was really good with her pen. She wanted to publish her first book and dedicate it to Viktor, since he had inspired her so much. But she wanted it to be a surprise. Recently she had finished her book and now was searching for a publisher.
