After the festivities of Christmas ended the boys returned to their normal routine. D-Day came quickly, it being 2 days after Christmas.
By 12 the nct dorm was practically empty, it's only remaining occupants being Ten, Kyungsoo, Mark, Taeil, Doyoung and Jisung. Everyone else got picked up by their selected Exo member or left on their own for their final "challenge".

Hey, since Ten has the dorm today what should we do with Jisung? Received at 12:47 pm
Meet me in the car. I planned a few things for us to do :) Sent at 12:49 pm
Doyoung set his phone down on the dashboard and pulled out his notebook which held all the possible things the three of them could do. He decided letting Jisung pick his favorite would be ideal.
Taeil and Jisung came out to the car a few minutes later. Taeil took shotgun while Jisung sat in the back seat. "Jisung, I want you to pick what you want us to do today."
Doyoung watched Jisung from the rear view mirror as he started the car. Taeil grabbed the notebook and flipped it open. "Doyoung planned three things for you to choose from. There's bowling, the fair or your movie of choice."
Jisung tapped his cheek while he pondered the choices. "Let's go bowling!"
"You heard my baby. Onward to the bowling alley!"

Doyoung cringed at Taeil's bowling strategy. He held the ball with two hands and tossed it into the air instead of normally rolling it. Each time he went Doyoung feared of the lane breaking.
"You bowl like Suho." Jisung commented. Doyoung couldn't agrue with that.
"Ah Taeil! Here, let me help you." Taeil turned slightly to watch Doyoung walk behind him. Heat rose to his cheeks as Doyoung rested one of his hands on his hip and the other over his own hand.
"Lean this way." Doy instructed, Taeil followed. "Only use one hand. When you're able to bowl, toss your arm back and follow through." Taeil allowed him to control his movement. He watched the ball roll the proper way, hitting far more pins than he's ever been able to hit.
A shutter sound went off. Both of them turned to see Jisung cheekily holding up his new Polaroid camera. "What? I wanted to capture that moment."
From that point on the game flowed smoother. Doyoung ended up winning with Jisung in second and Taeil last. The three sat down at the table after the last game to eat the pizza Taeil ordered. Laughter and positive vibes filled the air around them as they ate the pizza.
Doyoung was trying his hardest to make Jisung happy which was clearly working. Taeil sat his hand on Doy's knee, a thankful smile on his lips. This was the happiest Taeil had seen Jisung in a long time.
"May I say something?" Jisung set his pizza down and waited for either Doyoung or Taeil to give him the okay so he could continue.
"Yeah. Go ahead."
Jisung nodded. "I just wanted to thank you Doyoung. I know you have it hard in our group but you still continue to help us and watch over us."
Doyoung waved it off. "It's nothing Jisung."
"But it is. I also wanted to thank you for making Taeil and I happy. This is the happiest I've seen him and I've never felt happier than I am right now. I hope you continue dating my mom." Jisung spoke from the heart.
Taeil didn't want to cry but he did regardless. "Baby, I'm so glad you're happy."
Jisung rose and walked over to sit between Doyoung and Taeil. He wrapped his arms around the two the best he could while leaning into Doy.
"It's all because of Doyoung."
