Hey there, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! I absolutely love the song above and though it doesn't exactly scream Cristiano's and Ava's situation (well at least not yet ;), I just wanted to share this beautiful song with you. RIP Michael <3 Also, the picture is of Tony Curtis and his wife Janet. The visible love in this photo is the kind of love that I imagine Cristiano and Ava sharing :)

After that little scene in Piacere, Jack led me to my new room.

I was ordered to be ready at 5:00 for dinner. There was long sleeved black babydoll dress laid out on the gigantic bed for me. As sucky as the situation was, the dress was totally me and I quickly slipped it on. Looking in the mirror, I decided to straighten my light brown hair for dinner.

Once my hair was straightened and my makeup was applied, I took one last glance in the mirror. If I was going to be forced to spend time and eat dinner with Cristiano, I had to look my best; Afterall, I was a woman, you have to use what you've got.

It 4:52 and Jack would be at my door in eight minutes to escort me to dinner. I had no clue why Cristiano wanted me to come to dinner with him... would all of the other girls be there too? God, I hoped not, if I ever saw Grace and Audrey again it would be too soon.

Putting on my Ruby Red lipstick from Revlon, I heard a knock at the door. I opened it, expecting to see Jack.

Cristiano stood in the doorway looking sexy as ever. His dark hair was slicked forward and he was dressed in a dark navy blue suit and black Italian leather shoes. His dark eyes scanned by body up and down before finally meeting my eyes.

"I see you found the dress to your liking,"

"Yes, thank you," I answered.

"Why didn't Jack come to get me?"

Suddenly his eyes turned darker, a look of frustration mixed with rage masked his face.

"Why? Would you rather him escort you? Is that it?" he said angrily.

I was taken back by his outburst but quickly shook my head no.

"No n-no, it's just that he told me that he would come to get me."

He held his arm out but avoided my eyes.

"Come, we'll be late for dinner."

Neither of us said a word as we walked down the grand staircase.

Why did he get so upset when I mentioned Jack? He sounded jealous, but why would he be jealous of Jack...?

As we neared what I presumed to be the dining room, a smiling woman came out with open arms.

"Cristiano!" She cried and pulled Cristiano into her arms. It was quite a sight and I nearly started laughing when she kissed his cheek and he blushed. She looked like she could be in her late fifties, but you could tell by her beauty that she had been stunning in her younger days.

"Where have you been biscotto?! I have missed you!" the woman cried, holding him to her breast. He struggled out of her grip and smoothed down his now tousled hair.

"Giada, I told you I would be back home for a while! I am back now," he said, rubbing her back as she cried into him. It was kind of strange seeing Cristiano like this... this softer side of him, but I liked it.

Giada wiped the tears from her eyes and they zeroed in on me. She went from crying with joy to jumping with joy.

"Oh, my! Cristiano has brought a girl home! And a beautiful girl at that!" she squealed.
