My Second Half

The first day

"Ella time to get ready for school," yelled my mom. I was so exited though because it was my first day of highschool. I would meet so many new people today. You see my town separated the middle schools by north and south. I went to my closet and picked out what I would wear I eventually decided on a nice purple V-neck and some skinny jeans. I threw my hair in my signature messy bun grabbed y bag and hopped in my moms car.

When we got to school it was crazy. It was so much bigger than north middle school. I find my locker and head to first period. "Why hello class," said the teacher, "I'm Mrs. Miller and I will be your English teacher for this semester." She finishes introducing herself and then reads off the class list. I didn't recognize any of the names except for one. It was Maddie Johnson. I have heard that name because she has a bad rap for being a mean girl. I have never met her though cause she went to south middle school.

After first period I had all my classes with her except sixth. All day people kept pointing out the fact that I look exactly like Maddie with the exception of my hair and makeup.

In seventh period study hall I talked with Maddie a bit she was really snobby. But besides that she seemed to have not a lot in common with her except for the fact that we were both adopted and looked alike. She was being super rude too being like why are you so annoying. I asked her what her deal was and she was like I have a bad home life.

That afternoon I was walking around campus and I saw Maddie this time she was with her friends Natalie and Anna. "Get her," said Maddie and Natalie and Anna came up to me.

"What are you doing," I said. Right after that they started punching me. After about five minutes of that. They finally gave up and walked of laughing of course. I sat there and cried until Mrs. Jones, My sixth period science teacher, found me.

"What happened," she said, "Are you hurt who did this to you." I said I was fine and then walked home.
