16 year old Dean Winchester was helping his dad, John, and his 12 year old brother, Sam, move boxes. The Winchesters were moving for the second time this year. It was only June. Dean took a break and picked up a frosty bottle of tea and took a long, refreshing swig. He eyed his romance novel, even though Dean didn't seem like the type to be into mushy romance novels, he devoured the stories. He liked the plot and the "action" parts. Dean was pretty sure his dad knew he liked the romance books, but he didn't care what his dad thought. Last time he let his dad into his personal life, Dean got called a faggot and got a black eye. Yes, Dean's dad knew he was gay, but only because his stupid friend Benny accidentally spilled the beans. Well, now he was leaving that life. He was starting a new one in Jefferson, Texas. They were moving because a vampire, Gordon, figured out where their house was, and they needed to get out of Michigan anyway. Everyone hated the place. As the Winchesters packed in the final boxes, they said goodbye to their house and hoped for a good life to come.
