I awoke to the sound of my alarm screaming.
"Alright, alright I am up" I looked at the wide eyes I jumped out of bed.
It was the eve of my 18 birthday and 2 of my friends were meeting me at a local club in New York. I hurried to get ready dancing and twirling in the process. My blonde locks falling down my back as I looked in the mirror. My My voice mail box went off.
"Sabrina, hurry up we've been waiting for you for an hour" My friend Alex yelled over the loud noise in the back. I just finished getting ready and listened.
"Bet you 20 bucks she'll still asleep" I rolled my eyes knowing how controlling Chelsea is. I walking over to stash of money and took and handful of bills and shoved it into my handbag. I kissed my cat Smiley before leaving. I stepped outside to the corridor. The hall was filled with flowers all for me. They were assorted in all different colors. A man who lives in a apartment down from me shouting
"Sabrina I have all ready told management about this"
I picked up one of the bouquets of flowers and handed it to him
"Sorry Mr. Paige, say hi to your wife for me, yeah?"
And I hurried off down the hall, running down the stairs as fast as I can reaching the bottom of to building. Gifts were all over the lobby.
"Oh my." I gasped at how many there were.
"All for Miss Legend. I put all the flowers up stairs" Timothy, a worker there told me.
I pulled something out of a bag I tossed it to him. It was naughty underwear.
"Got a lady Tim?"
"Not one that can fit into these dental floss" He yelled out me as I rushed out the door afraid I would be late.
"Ms. Legend what do you want me to do with all this?" He yelled to me from out the door.
"Give it to the Salvation Army, thank you!!!" I smiled before running, whistling and catching a cab off to my party.
