You were in your room listening to some music when you heard a loud knock at the door. You got up and went downstairs, headed over to the front door, but hesitated as your hand lingered over the handle.
'Please, Please don't be Jude.' You practically begged.
You slowly opened the door, to be greeted by Jude.
'Oh, hi.' You muttered, walking away from the door and sitting down on your couch.
'Oh, hi?' He repeated mockingly, 'that's all you've got to say? Oh, hi?'
You furrowed your brows and sighed, 'Is there any reason in particular why you're here, Jude?'
You heard him groan in annoyance, 'The party. You fucking idiot, don't you remember anything?'
You looked around the room, trying to remember what he was talking about.
'Party? Party....party....' You repeated, trying to remember him telling you about it.
You were interrupted by him taking ahold of your arm. You whined in pain as he squeezed on the bruises he'd made last time.
He threw you to the bottom of the stairs, 'I'm expecting you to be down here and ready in..' He paused to look at his watch, '..Fifteen minutes. If you're not ready I'll come up there, don't think I won't.' He growled in his deep voice, a hand reaching up to flatten his dirty blonde hair.
You sighed and quickly sped up the stairs. You really didn't want to go, but knowing Jude you didn't have a choice.
You quickly threw on a nice dress you'd bought earlier in the week and did something to your hair, you patted around on the floor for your cigarettes, grabbed them and slowly made your way down the stairs. Jude was standing there, tapping his watch.
'Ahhh, don't you look-' He pulled a face and shrugged, 'Somewhat human.'
You ignored him and made your way to the door.
'You can lock it on your way out,' You sigh, tossing him the keys and going out to his car. 'Please don't tell me you're driving home tonight?'
He furrowed his brows, standing at your front door as he locked it. 'Why not?'
'Because, that's stupid Jude!' You exclaimed, crossing your arms. 'And hurry up and unlock this car before I freeze to death.'
He muttered something under his breath, swinging the keys on his finger. He finally came over and unlocked the car. You both got in and sat for a minute.
'So where is this party?'
He was quiet as he fumbled around, trying to turn on the car radio, 'You ken that guy I hang around with, right?' He asked, some of his Glaswegian tongue slipping out.
'Aye.' You said, waiting for him to continue.
'That big studio thing he stays in, you ken what I'm talking about?' He breathed out sharply through his nose and started the car.
'How long?'
He turned his head to you, hand still on the wheel.
'Jude, look at the road!' You whimpered, hitting his shoulder.
He scoffed, 'How long? How long? Stupid question, only like twenty minutes.'
You rolled your eyes. Twenty minutes in the car with this freak show. Great.
To pass the time you decided to just zone out and listen to some music.

After around twenty minutes you noticed the big purple building come into sight.
'Thank God.' You muttered.
'Hope you don't plan on being boring tonight.' Jude chuckled as he parked the car and quickly got out.
'What am I supposed to do? I don't know like anybody here.' You sighed, standing next to Jude outside this massive building.
'Make friends?' He suggested with a shrug.
'No. I don't like all that stuff. Come on, Jude.' You cried, gripping onto his arm tightly.
He groaned, pushing you off roughly, you almost felt yourself hitting the floor.
'Look!' He exclaimed, towering over you, 'I don't want you hanging around me all night, alright? Make friends you pathetic little girl.' He taunted, backing away from you and heading inside the building.
You felt yourself already wanting to cry. Maybe you could find some other way to get home. Maybe the busses were still running.
You mentally cursed yourself out and decided to just head inside. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad.
