Emma's POV;

A ray of sunlight hit me in the face waking me up from my strange dream about being kidnapped. Trying to remove the corset I'm wearing, I realized that I can't, I couldn't. My hands were shackled to the bedpost.

So it wasn't a dream..

Trying to pull my hands away was useless, it ended up hurting my wrist instead. Taking a deep breath and closing my eyes, I tried to think of a way to get out of this situation.

I think I might throw up. The bed was constantly shaking and if I didn't know any better I'd say the ship is moving. Unless, the ship is moving, then any plan to escape would be useless too.

Moving my jaw around, I managed to at least removed the cloth. Making a noise would not be the smartest move, so I moved back and tried my best to stand and peek through the small window and see where I am.

All I saw was the blue sea under the white cloudy skies.

That means there's a possibility that I'm no longer in my kingdom. Where is he planning to take me? Does he know my title? And if he knows I'm a princess or even a thief, does he intent to use me as ransom?

Looking around, I found nothing useful to help me in my situation, other than the fact I still have the compass, the map and the small chest, that is still in my pocket. Good thing they forgot to search my possessions.

Looking to the small window that gives light to the whole room, I hoped to find a way to escape.

Hook's POV:

It's been less than a day since I left the docks and it's also been less than a day since I haven't stopped thinking about her.

The way her green eyes sparkle under the sunlight, the way..... my breath hitched when I realized I'm thinking of her.

I won't be fooled of this little attraction again. I learned my lesson a long time ago. Everyone will leave you and everyone I love will be gone from me.

Taking the wheel to Tortuga, I noticed a dark cloud emitting from the skies above the way were supposed to cross.

Crossing the strong storm up ahead is definitely one way to take my mind off the thief. I've survived many storms in the sea before and his won't be different.

"Get ready crew" I shouted, gaining everyone's attention.
"Big storm up ahead! Reduce the sail! Batten down the hatches!" I ordered seeing every part of my crew move to get ready for the storm.

When the storm is directly above us, strong winds and enormous waves greeted us. The current made it difficult to stir the ship, and the endless rain that feels like stones doesn't help either.

I felt the wind whipped everything into shreds, even the cart of the empty rum that was beside me, good thing everything else was locked into place or they will ran out of resources including food.

I looked up and saw only darkness around, flashes of light ripped the sky as I continue to think of a way to win.

Maybe I was a little cocky as I realize how wrong I was. I realized that this storm was different than any other storms. Possibly as if the storm was made simply to kill them.

As a survivor, I couldn't and won't ever let that happen. I was the captain who was in charge of many lives who depend on him only, so I fought.

The doors to my chamber suddenly opened and I saw the girl came out, quickly holding to one of the post to prevent herself from moving.

'How in the bloody hell did she manage to get out of the shackles.' I thought angrily.

One of the crew couldn't handle the wind as I heard a shout of help followed by a loud splash. Knowing he fell I called Smee to handle the wheel, took a rope and tied one end of it around me and jumped after him.

I saw a flash of light and a body sinking, so I dove after the body and lifted him up. As I got to the surface, the others quickly pulled the rope and gathered the man to safety, but as I was about to climb up, my feet were attached to something and wouldn't let me go.

Trying to push through whatever it was that was bound to my feet, it only tightens more as I move. Continuing to struggle to remove it, the bind pulled me down under the sea.

I didn't know how deep I was but I couldn't breathe. The air in my lungs runs out and soon I grew tired of fighting. As I took my last breath, darkness and complete silence surrounded me.

The last thing I saw was a glint of a golden light before I blacked out.

--------------

I felt someone brushing my hair and interrupting me from my slumber. I wanted to know who it was caressing me, but my body won't let me. So, I continued to rest.

-------

I took a deep breathe and sat up. I looked around and notice I was in my room. Pain was the first thing I felt.

A basin was on top of my desk and a figure was in a seat beside my bed.., Swan?
I sneezed and lay back down to rest.

My head hurts and everything hurts. The last thing I remember is saving a guy from my crew the drowning.

Does this mean she save me? Why the hell would she do that? Heck, I abducted her and I get a dashing rescue in return.

Brushing her hair on the side of her sleeping face I whispered "you're a strange woman Swan".

Maybe falling in love would not be so bad. But after I get my revenge. 'The dark one will pay for what he did to my mother', was my last thought before I fell in a comfortable sleep for the first time.
