"Kellin? Baby?!" Vic called out into the empty abyss he found himself in. He wasn't sure how long he'd been wondering around through the complete darkness. He heard once again the adorable giggle that he just knew belonged to his boyfriend, except this time it was behind him. But just like the times before, when he turned to look, there was nothing but more darkness. "Kellin!" Vic yelled out in frustration. He sighed and sat down on the ground defeated.
But when he went to sit, he found himself falling straight through the floor. It felt like forever before he finally stopped falling, and instead of there being suffocating darkness surrounding him, he was now blinded by white. But that didn't last long as his vision came back slowly. He looked down and could see he was wearing a very nice suit. He just wasn't sure why.
He looked around him to see other people, all dressed just as nice and sitting in rows. He was right in the middle where a long isle had been made between the seats. With the faint music in the background Vic could've sworn he had just crashed a wedding. Literally.
He stood up and slowly made his way down to what he assumed was the front of the room. There were flowers placed everywhere, and the quiet music continued. And although this most certainly had to be a wedding, no one looked happy. They didn't look... anything. Vic's next thought was who would be waiting for him when he stops walking. Maybe Kellin?
He continued his slow steps until the end finally came into view. Instead of Kellin himself, there was just a nice picture of him sitting there. he saw a long black shape next to it but he was too far away to see what was inside it. As he got closer to the coffin, his anxiety grew, until he finally got a good look at the pale face laying lifelessly in front of him.
Vic sat straight up gasping for air, tears streaming down his face and his heart beating a million miles a minute. He looked around to see that he was back in his own room, nothing out of place. Except maybe the worried look on Kellin's face as he slowly sat up to sit next to Vic.
"Baby, what happened? What's wrong?"
Vic struggled to even his breathing as the tears refused to stop. "Nothing it- I... it was just a d-dream." He shook his head and placed it in his hands, trying to get the images out of his mind. He let out a small, choked sob as the effort did the opposite, and he saw once again the picture of his dead boyfriend. Kellin wrapped his arms around him, rocking them back and forth and running his hand slowly up and down Vic's bare back. "Do you want to talk about it?" Kellin asked quietly as Vic's tears slowly subsided. "Not really." He said quietly. So they didn't. Kellin just continued to hold Vic, as Vic sat trying to forget what he just saw and not being able to. It really was a horrible dream.
Out of no where, Vic turned and wrapped his arms tightly around Kellin and leaned his face closer to him, not making eye contact. "I can't even remember very much now but... you died. You just all of a sudden weren't here anymore." The look on Vic's face was miserable and it made Kellin's heart twist. "Hey." Kellin lifted Vic's face so he was looking at him. "It was just a dream, ok? I'm right here. I'm perfectly fine, nothing happened. I'm not going anywhere."
"I know you aren't. I just never want to have to think about what if you do." Vic whispered as he leaned closer, their lips brushing together. "You won't ever have to baby." Kellin finally closed the space between them, his hand resting on Vic's face gently. Vic wrapped his arms around his boyfriend's neck and brought them back down to the mattress.
I love you's were quietly murmured as their lips stayed connected and arms securely around each other, until they finally pulled apart and fell into a sleep much more peaceful than last time.
What up, it's been a while. Yeah... things are pretty fucked right now. BUT it's cool, I'm still trying to update. The next one is almost done so it'll be up soon ? Maybe idk yeah ok sorry bye.
