We made it back home around 11 last night so we thought it would just be best if Jeremy stayed the night with Jake. We eventually made it to the Subway in Unionville to eat supper and then we left for here. I didn't really ask him about anything on the way home because I'm pretty sure I fell asleep before we even left town. I woke up to him gently shaking my shoulders telling me that we were at my house. I went straight up stairs and took a shower, then afterwards I couldn't sleep because of the nap I took on the way home.
Eventually I fell asleep and now I'm waking up to my brother blasting one of his 'rock' songs in the room below me. I mean if it was 'Carry On My Wayward Son' or something like that I wouldn't be annoyed, but it's not. I finally decide that I should probably just stay awake and look at my phone to see what time it was. The phone says 5:30 which is almost an hour before I actually wake up. I storm out of my room and go downstairs to yell at Jake when I literally run into Jeremy in the hall.
"You look mad," Jeremy states
"That's because I am," I reply which just causes my scowl to deepen, "He started playing his stupid playlist on his boombox and blasted it. Does he even know what time it is? Like come on, seriously some of are still trying to sleep!"
"Okay, remind me never to wake you up again. Just go back to bed, I'll turn it off."
"Well I'm too mad to sleep now, besides that I wouldn't be able to if I tried. Just like turn it to Hannah Montana or something like that, it'll make him mad."
"Am I always going to be in the middle of your guys' fights?"
"For your sake I hope not," I say before turning around to go get dressed.

It's first hour at school and I'm having trouble with the assignment, I hate proofs. What's the point of proofs anyway? After trying to figure out the order of proofs three times I just let my head fall against the table. There is literally no point in learning proofs, I won't need them for marine biology or to be a librarian.
"You okay," I hear an amused voice ask.
"No I'm not, why did I take that test three times so I could get into algebra early because now I have to endure this torture a year before everyone else. I mean I love math, it's my thing, but seriously why?"
"You like math?"
"Yes, math is my favorite subject ever, " I say raising my head to look at Jeremy. "Is that so surprising?"
"No, I knew you were a nerd but most nerds don't even like math."
"I'm not a nerd."
"Keep telling yourself that."
"What makes you think that I'm a nerd?"
"You're on the academic team aren't you?"
"Yes."
"And you're captain?"
"Yes."
"See you are a nerd, but you're my nerd."
"Yeah, keep dreaming."
"That hurts," he says clutching at his chest, "That really hurts."
"You know that you love me, even when I'm teasing."
"Sadly, I do."
"Well thanks for that confidence boost, I feel so loved."
"You should...not."
"Whatever," I say while sticking out my tongue and then go back to work on the assignment.

It's lunch time and I'm starving after P.E., we played speedminton today which is one of the only sports I enjoy. I get in line and realize that it's hot ham and cheese and I nearly start jumping up and down in joy. As I'm staring at the food waiting to get my own plate I feel someone come up behind me. I didn't know who it was until I heard his voice in my ear, "Hey mind if I sit with you girls today," Jeremy asks.
"Don't want to sit with your friends I take it. What happened?"
"Nothing happened I just want to sit by my mate."
At the M- word I turn around and nearly screech, "You can't throw that word around school, some people aren't werewolves and will think that we're both completely insane."
"Yes, but most of them are. Have you ever wondered why some people say that almost everyone in town is related to them? That's because they normally are in the same pack."
"I never thought of that before, huh. Wait a minute, Mika and her brother say that all the time," I say as the realization finally kicks in, "That's why she drifted away and her brother dumped Andrea and then suddenly started dating the other chick isn't it?"
"Wow, you catch on quick," Jeremy replies with a wink.
"Oh shut up," I groan which just causes him to grin. I can't help but stare while he looks so happy; it's like he's at peace and I just feel this overwhelming feeling inside my gut. I think I'm starting to fall for the Alpha that claims me as his mate.
