Her eyes sparkle, her voice is soft and comforting and her love of hockey. I don't care if she's a King, I like her.... a lot. You know Derrick is like right there right? She asked and looked out of the corner of her eye. I nodded and chuckled. I have an idea. She said and walked over to her brother and whispered into his ear. He nodded, lowered the music and put the mic to his mouth. Ok, boys let's play a game. All the boys yelled. So boys, take your girls and stand somewhere. Brassard grabbed my hand and we stood in the doorway by the hall.
Mark's POV (Chloe's Brother) I didn't tell Chloe about all the mistletoes in the hallways and doorways. Her and Brass would make a cute couple and I approve of that if it ever happens. I didn't like Toews too much. He always went to bars and it was really weird idk.
Brassard's POV I looked up and saw it. The mistletoe. I quickly looked down at Chloe and hoped she didn't see it yet. All right are you guys ready? Mark said into the mic.
Chloe's POV What? What is Mark talking about? I looked at Brassard and he was looking up. I looked up and saw a Mistletoe. OMG! I looked at Brass and he looked at me. He started leaning in and so did I until I felt his soft lips against mine. Our lips fit perfectly together. His lips had a sweet taste but not too sweet. We separated and just stood there. My arms around his neck, his arms around my waist. We looked at everyone else who was having a make out session. We thought that was pretty weird so we went to my room to watch tv The Next morning I woke up in Brassard's arms. He was so special. Everyone went home last night except Brassard and Mark's girlfriend. Me and Derick were laughing at how we could hear Mark and his girlfriend😏. It was really funny. Derick was still asleep so I went into kitchen to see a note that said "Chloe, Ashley and I went to her apartment, we'll we back by 8 tonight, be good.-Mark.
I started making breakfast. I took out the eggs and bacon. I cooked the bacon and eggs and waited on the pancakes. While I waited, I fed my dogs Ace and Simba. They're good dogs until it comes to food. They will bite you if you touch their food while they eat it just like my brothers. As I was taking the pancakes off the burner I felt two strong arms wrap around my waist. I turn around to see Derick looking down at my with his beautiful brown eyes.He leaned close to my ear and whispered something to me in French. Tú es la fille la plus jolie jamais.(you are the prettiest girl ever). I blushed because I spoke French. Vous etes le mec le plus chaud jamais. He laughed. After breakfast, 12:45 p.m. Derick is sitting on the couch while I play with Simba and Ace is laying next to Derick. He was watching tv so I took a picture of him and Ace. I posted it on Instagram. I then stood up and took a selfie with him. He smirked at the camera and I was laughing at that when I took the picture. I posted that on Instagram and Twitter. I got comments like @brassard_16- i ship it @Blare_dare_12-#goals @Kings_lover_1998- #chloebrassard That one made my stomach get butterflies. Why? I don't know why but the sound of it. Chloe Brassard. I'm not ready for marriage yet. Hell I'm 24 years old. Then I got a text from my teammate Anze telling me I had to be at practice by 3:00 p.m and it was 11:09 a.m so I had time but was still frustrated with practice. I sighed loudly which startled my guard dog in the other room. You see I have four dogs Ace, Simba, my brother's dog Penny and a 197 lbs Gladiator Rottweiler that hates EVERYONE. He only let me in the room. When I am home alone I let him out of the huge bedroom he technically lives in. Of course I let him out 5 to 6 times a day. I'm not cruel to him. I used to have a gate that let him go into the yard but he is smart enough to figure out a way from the backyard to the front down which is very far away. He was barking like crazy and pounding on the door with possibly his head, paws, and entire body. It scared Ace under Brass' arm. Go sit on the Island so I can take him out. He give me a questioned look. Take him out, I'm good with dogs. I shock my head fast. I can barely control him on my own. Just put Simba, Penny and Ace in the backyard and sit on the island please. I begged. Who's Penny? I pointed to the smaller Rottie laying on the carpet by my brother's bedroom door. He sighed and nodded. I walked over to the door and sat down it front of it. Hey Bébé? It all went Silent. He started to whine and scratch at the door. Derick, you ready? I heard the sliding door close which meant the dogs were outside. I turned around to see him sit on the island. I'm ready. He said and stared at the door. Ok, wait there. I ran past him to grab a thick, long leash with the dog's name on it. I cracked the door open to clip the leash onto his collar. Here goes nothing. I opened the door and watched him run to the living room and stare at Derick. He was in total shock. Mouth wide open, eyes wide and backing away slowly. Bébé just stood there and looked at him. Derick was the first person he didn't bite the second he saw him. Wow Derick, you're the first person he hasn't growled, snarled, bite etc in less than 10 seconds of meeting you. He looked over at me in shock. That dog is humungous! I rolled my eyes and laughed. That's the point of a "Guard Dog". He shook his head. No, that's a fucking Lion! I laughed at his comment. He's just a baby though. Look at his precious face. I said grabbing his cheeks and squeezing them. He shook his head and barked. Sorry Bébé. He slowly got off the island he had been glued to and walked over to us. What's his name? He asked. Bébé. I said and he looked at me and panted. Hey Bébé, I'm nice. Ok? He asked my dog like he was a person. Derick stuck his hand out and I was preparing for him to try and bite his arm off but he sniffed it and rubbed his head against Derick's hand. He slowly patted his head. Why can't the other dogs be in here? He asked and looked outside to see

He laughed and took a picture of them all just standing outside. They can, I just knew that if they were in here and he didn't like you they would've all try to attack you. I said and looked outside and waved to them. They all came running to the door and begged to come inside. Let them in, I love dogs. He said and sat in the couch. Prepare to be licked to death. He laughed. I'm ready. I laughed and opened the door. Ace and Simba ran to Derick and played with him. Penny, usually the happy one and excited one just laid on the carpet and whined. She was an old soul so I got worried. My sister is a Veterinarian so I called her and asked if she could drive up here to check on her. She agreed and said she's be at the house tomorrow. I need to head to practice in a few. Are you going to stay here or leave? You can stay if you want. He pulled out his phone to look at the time. I need to get going anyway, my coach wants us to be at the arena in 2 hours. I nodded and grabbed my bag out from the laundry room. Will you come back tonight? I asked locking the back door. If I'm not tired. I'll text you later. He said and I nodded. Bye Derick. He waved goodbye to me and the dogs and left. The second the door shut I instantly got butterflies in my stomach.
