    Hey guys am Demi Lovato am 24 a v nd a pop star and heres my story why . i want to traine for MMA ..
    One day i went for my morning run as always when A guy jumped out of the ally holding a nife against my troht forching me to give him everything i have or hell stab me 

    I panicked and screemed loud  he went to stab me when  some girl came around the conner and started to beat him up I jumped up and run away like she told me toe i dont now who she was  but i promised myself i wil see her again and thank her for saving my life.
