-Leo-"Ow," I say, as Selena's legs wrap around my waist from behind. The frying pan hits my head again, and I try to knock her off.
"You, stupid bastard!!!" She yells, hitting me again. I finally grab her legs and manage to toss her off.
I rub the back of my head, wincing. "Hey, knock it off. I said I didn't wanna hurt you. You didn't listen."
She laughs. "Hurt me? You? Please. I was just going easy on you since you supposedly died and all."
I shake my head. "I took you down fair and square. Trust. I could kill you if I'd wanted."
She shakes her head. "I was winning, till you started going all Judo Jack on me. Geez."
I look at her arm as it slowly heals. There's a big gash from her wrist all the way to her elbow. It's blistering red.
"So. Who hired you to kill me?" I ask. I'm not even sure anyone hired her, I think she was just looking for a fight.
"Vordak." She simply says, bandaging her wrist.
I narrow my eyes. "Who?"
She looks at me. "Vordak, King Of The Vampires."

Me and Jane, AKA Stefanie, exit the strip club. I stare at her. My little sis all grown up. It just brings tears to my eyes, you know. Well it would if my head wasn't on fire, so every tear evaporates before it even forms. Plus, her new demon form is pretty damn sexy.
That reminds me. "Hey, Stef. You know Minion?" She nods. "Doesn't everybody. He greets us all at the gate." She says. I smirk. "Yeah, I mean in a more personal way." She looks down. "It was nothing personal, he paid good money, so I thought, why not. It was a one night stand, no relationship, I was just doing my job," she says.
I nod. "One other question," I say. She brushes some hair out of her eyes. "What happened to Georgia, when you guys were, you know, killed. Zephyr, said there was no record for anyone dead named, Georgia Sanders." I say. Stef's face flashes with horror. "Oh yeah. I forgot about that bitch. Look, Leo. Don't trust her. She's, she's evil. She doesn't like you. She's with Vordak. The vampire King."
*****
I shake my head trying to lose the memories. "Ugh, Vordak." I say.
Selena finishes bandaging her arm. "What, that sound familiar to you? He's also my half brother by the way. Both of his parents were vampire. My mom was human which is why I'm only half vampire. Also why the vampires made me their princess," she says, pointing to a tiara on her head.
My wounds are healed fully now. "Eh. Where is he now? Who was he with when you may up with him."
She frowns. "I didn't. He sent one of his goons to meet me. They told me the mission and said I'd be layed once it was completed. I guess I won't be getting paid now," she sulks.
I ignore her. "Why'd he hire you to kill me? I don't even know the guy."
She picks up her two swords and places them crossed on her back. "He says, you have his girlfriend's book." She says.
I chuckle. "Not anymore."
She shrugs and grabs a duffel bag from under the table. She opens it up and it's full of clothes. She tugs off her shirt. I look at her black laced bra. She looks at me for a long minute.
I hold up my hands. "What?!? I don't have the book anymore!?!?"
She shrugs. "I don't care about a bunch of bitches fighting over a book. Could you please turn around now?"
I frown and sigh. "Ugh, fine." I turn and face the table across from the one we were sitting at. There's a big knife laying on the table and it's reflecting what's behind me. I watch her put on another shirt, and start tugging her jeans off. A grin fills my face.
A loud noise causes me to jump as the knife fumbles off the table. There's a big hole in the table, now. "No peeking," I hear Selena say, as she puts her gun away.
I sigh again. After another minute she finally finishes. "All done?" I ask.
"Yes." I turn around and stare at her in her new clothes, which are blood free. Then I look down at myself in the same bloodstained clothes, which are also full of sword cuts.
"Well. You look good as new," I say. "I look like I got hit by a bus. And then run over by some crazy old man on a lawn mower."
She just laughs and tosses her old clothes into her duffel bag. Then she pulls out a lighter and sets the bag on fire. She walks out as she tosses the bag into the kitchen. As soon as we walk out I hear something explode.
"You're still a crazy little bitch," I say. She giggles. "So, is this an official team up?" I ask.
She frowns. "No one said anything about me helping you."
"Well, then again, you're not trying to kill me anymore."
She shrugs. "I don't know. Deal, I guess." She says.
We shake hands. She leans in and whispers into my ear, "For a price."
