Chapter one

"Flowers!? Why flowers I mean why did he get her then and not me?"

Cadence let out a small giggle as Luna rambled on about discord. She found lunas points very entertaining

"What's so funny about this?" Luna glared at the pony hoping it would stop her laughing. Cadence cleared her throat and looked at Luna

"Well, Luna why are you so interested in discord?" Cadence raised one eyebrow and smirked "you don't like him do you!?" Luna shuffled uncomfortably and avoided cadences glare "no!" She sputtered out her words stumbling "I just want to know for for celestia you know cause I care.." Luna looked down her galaxy hair tumbled over her face covering her embarrassment

"I see" cadence slowly placed down her cup "Luna you do know why he gave her flowers right? I mean it is pretty obvious"

Luna tucked her hair behind her ears and her wings moved around she let out a small sigh and smiled the answer was obvious "of course it's too apologise about what he did" Luna smiled at cadence and toke a sip of tea. Cadence sat and stared at Luna for a few second them immediately burst into laughter. Luna gave a quizzical look as the pony in front off her started to snort

"No Luna!" Cadence said between breathes "its obviously because there in love!"

Luna's heart sank as she sat there speechless holding back the pain of what cadence had said. while cadence laughed hysterically as if Luna just told the best joke in equestria. After what felt like a century Cadence finally stopped laughing and resumed chatting as if nothing had happened

Luna swallowed andslowly got up and interrupted cadences monologue "I..i I have to go t the moon won't rise itself" Luna hesitantly sat there coving her face to hide her tears then ran out the door slamming it in cadences face.
