Revenge of the Heartless Queen

Chapter 1- The beginning

“Daddy …..Daddy” tawag ng batang babae sa daddy nya habang may kausap sa phone

“ok I’ll call you later” then he hanged up and faced his daughter

“What is that baby?”

“ look at my drawing oh. I drew you and mommy at syempre ako to” habang nakangiting pinapakita sa daddy nya ang kanyang ginawa”

“wow ang galing talaga ng baby ko, pakita mo to kay mommy pagdating nya sigu-….” Di na nya natuloy ang sasabihin dahil isang putok ng baril ang umalingasaw sa buong kabahayan.

“daddy ano po yon?” takot na tanong ng bata

“ah baby don ka muna sa loob ng cabinet ah may aasikasuhin lang si daddy ” habang balisang inaalalayan ng ama angkanyang anak papunta sa cabinet.

“dad what’s going on?”

“baby promise me na dika lalabas dito hanggang dipa safe ang lahat”

“dad gun shot yon diba?” naiiyak na tanong ng batang babae. Napatango nalang ang daddy nito

“ok dad I promise, but promise me that you’ll be safe” iyak na wika nito

“sssshh don’t cry baby you have to be quiet” ang hinalikan nito ang noo ng kanyang anak

“tell your mom how much I love her and you….. I love you very much baby, dady will always be at your side” then he locked the cabinet to hide her daughter.

They heard the door opened with forced

“who are you?............ What do you want?”

“I’m here ………… to take your life” at pinaputukan nito ng sunod sunod and katawan ng lalaki hanggang sa bawian ito ng buhay. Simula sa maliit na butas ng cabinet kung saan nakasilip ang batang babae nakita nya kung paano patayin ng lalaking nakaitim ang kanyang ama. Wala siyang magawa kundi ang panuorin ito at umiyak..

Biglang may pumasok na dalawa pang lalaki sa kwarto

“where is the girl?”

“she’s not here”

“then were done here, lets go” and they went out. After a few minutes the girl went out

“dad wake up” she said while crying

No response

“dad……… dad.. Don’t leave me…. Dad”

“ dad …..NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”

“sweetie wake up” at tuluyan na syang nagising mula sa kanyang bangungot

“you’re having a nightmare again”

“mom I really miss dad” she said while crying

“I know sweetie, I know” and she hugged her daughter

Flora’s POV

*kring … kring …..*kring…* 

Ahh crap this phone. I answered the telephone half sleep. I had a bad night because of that nightmare and now someone is disturbing me at this early morning, WTF*

“hello who is this?”

“it’s me, Fern i…..” I cut her off and speak

“god Daphne! why have you called this early morning? I haven’t d-….”  

“Aconite would you mind if I finish my words first before you interrupt?”

“ssh go ahead, make sure it is important or else..”

“we’ll wait you up here at the headquarter I have an important words to say, we’re already here”

“what is this all about?” I asked

“another gang leader sent us a message” using her serious voice right now makes me feel different.

“tss they never learn. Well that’s not new anyways”

“no, aconite this one is badly serious”

“ok then, I will be there” then I ended the call. I did my morning ritual as fast as I can and I took my black jacket with drawing of aconite flower at the back then I drive my car.

When I enter the headquarter all eyes are looking at me while walking into my chair. When I finally sat down I closed my eyes and speak

“hmm.. the atmosphere is quite different than usual, there’s something bothering your auras. What is it? Speak” I spoke coldly while my eyes were still close

“I have a good news and a bad news, which one would you like to hear first?” Daphne said in a calm voice

“I don’t believe in a happy endings. What is the good news?”

“from being new and nothing we reach the second spot as the most strongest gang in the world” seriously? Because for me it is not a good news, ranked two? we should be at the top!

“how is that become good news? We should be at the top spot” I said in almost blank face in repose.

“I think we should be happy for that aconite, at least” rian said

“tsss… what is the bad news?”

“because of reaching the second spot and replacing the xeons to their line, the strongest gang leader in japan sent as a message. He also killed five of our underlying, the other one is still alive but almost facing the death” Daphne said

“the virgox gang?” I asked

“yeah..as I know the leader of xeons and virgox are good friends” conium said

“The xeons might be boiling right now, being replaced by a new born gang is quite ridiculous” Autumn said and chuckled.

“he want to have a gang battle with our gang and he said that if we ignore him he will kill our underlying until none left” daphne added

Hiriko’s POV

“then let’s give him a fight” aconite said .she had still, almost blank face in repose.

“but Lady Aconite we know how strong they are, they can turn us down so easily!” dysis said in almost shouting voice.

she might be scared right now, well I can’t blame her anyways. She is just new and besides the virgox gang is really powerful and dangerous as well.

“dysis stop” her twin sister Eleni is holding her wrist trying to calm her down.

“don’t shout dysis you’re lucky that she’s still in calm coz if not she might reprisal you now” Orianna said in a managing voice so that aconite can’t hear them.

“oh look who’s talking? The new one.” She finally open her eyes and smile bitterly “know your place little brat”

“forgive her aconite she didn’t know what is she talking about” eleni said and bow her head as a sign of respect.

“Opium you don’t have to atone for your twin sister’s misbehavior, she’s new so I’ll forgive her but make sure it won’t happen again or else she will get the consequence of her action.”

“t..-thanks” this time she did not response. After a few minutes of silence aconite stood up and went near to the window. Her serious face appeared out of the blue.

“are you guys afraid?”

“no it is not like that b-...”aconite cut my words.. tsk why is she being like this all the time? She will ask then if you’re going to answer her she’ll cut you off even though you are not yet done. Tsk tsk

 “if you guys don’t want to it’s ok, I can do this alone. but one thing is for sure, I won’t let them to kill my underlying one by one”. she said while still looking outside the window

Is her mind still out of the blue? We all look at her with full of amusement plus our wide eyes.

She turned her eyes to us “what’s wrong?”
