  She walked in Jake's lumber yard like she owned the place.  Plum colored hair ran down her back nearly touching her butt while she scratched her purple eye.  Bruises kissed her legs and arms like the little freckles she had on her face did.  Who was she?
  She marched toward the gun section and I was getting nervous she was coming straight toward me. 

"How much is a gun?" she asked with irritation lacing her voice.

"Depends on which one you're looking at," I said as I looked her up and down.

"One big enough to kill the son of a bitch that did this," she gestured to her face.
 
" Ma'am we can't sell you a gun if you plan on kill somebody.  You looked 15 anyways," at first I was very intrigued by her but now she was scaring me. 

No one in Sugardale would harm a soul let alone beat up a girl like her.

"I'm 20 thank you very much. Oh and for the record I wasn't gonna kill him just make him wish he was dead by the time I was done with him."

She started to walk away with even more determination then she did when she walked into the store.
