My family owns this resort called Haven Sanctuary matagal na ito sa pamilya ko and now that I'm the youngest in the Vallerian's kaya naipasa saakin ang resort na ito.
"Excuse me po Maam Madie pero may tawag po kayo." Binigyan ko ng ngiti si Jessa at tumango.
"Sge susunod na ako." Tumango din siya at binigyan ako ng ngiti.
Lahat ng mga empleyado sa resort na ito ay malapit saakin dahil hindi ko pinaparamdam sa kanila na iba iba ang trabaho namin,I want them to treat me as their friend na parang hindi nila ako boss because that's what Mom and Dad taught me.
I held the hem of my maxi dress so that I can walk easily on the sand.I am expecting a long distance call from Mama and Papa kaya siguro sila nga ang tumatawag.
Nang narating ko na ang hotel ng resort na ito agad akong nagpunta sa front desk at sinagot ang tawag.
"Hello?" I cleared my throat first before saying that.
"Madie!" Nailayo ko ang telepono sa matulis na boses ni Diane!
"Oh my god!Diane!" Napatili na din ako napilingon tuloy ang mga guest saakin but I just gave them a smile just what they did to me.
I was expecting that Mom and Dad would call!but here I am talking to my high school and college friend!
"Namiss kita!I heard that you are now the owner of haven resort?!oh my!now that we're having our very own reunion can that be a venue?I am just hoping because gusto nang mga college classmates natin na mag beach nalang daw since its summer." Her voice was full of excitement oh no I don't want to disappoint her its a big season its summer!kaya punuan.
"Diane wait lang ha?can I call you later nalang?I just need check our reservations,but I'll call you back."
"Okay go,isesend ko na din ang invitation mo if ever na hindi tayo diyan sa resort niyo.I missed you!"
Napangiti ako,Diane is one of my best friends since high school and up to now isa na siyang designer sa Paris so I can say that she's really a successful woman now.
"I missed you too!bye!" Tinapos ko na ang tawag at nilingon ko ang tao sa front desk,god I forgot her name!
Ngumiti ako sa kanya. "Can we still accommodate some guests?" I'm not expecting her to say yes because I might broke my own heart.
Namiss ko ang mga ka batch ko so I also want the idea to have our reunion here,I want them to see this beautiful place of palawan.
"Yes Maam," ngumuso siya. "Its summer but our guests are-"
"Yes!!!thank you!whats your name again?" Natawa ako sa sarili kong tanong.
"Aila Madame." She smiled.
Agad kong dinial ang number ni Diane at agad niya naman itong sinagot.
"Diane I'm sorry.." Panimula ko.
I heard her deep sigh. "Ha?no its okay siguro nga dahil big season kaya punuan but its okay we can find another resort naman-"
"I'm sorry because you have to pack your things now because I want to give you a hug!were not fully booked!we can have our reunion here!" Napapalakpak siya sa kabilang linya.
"God!you made my heart sad!" Tawa niya kaya napatawa na din ako.
"Okay!we'll be there tomorrow morning!make sure that you will show some skin okay!" I don't want to tell her that my fashion sense changed.
