Chapter 22~ Meeting Family #2

Sqaishey's pov

After meeting Stampy's family, I feel better! Now Stampy has to meet my family. I also had a happy childhood. I mean, my mother wanted me to pursue music school, but when I announced I was going to do YouTube as a part time job, only to get money, my mother gave me lectures about how I might get haters, and about how I should do whatever makes me happy! I'm glad I did YouTube, through minecraft, I met the man of my dreams! Obviously, I told my mother I was dating someone... she just didn't know he is..... a big YouTuber. But I remember telling her when I quit music school... she wasn't too happy, but she wasn't sad either. But my father supported me... my older brothers Andy, and Nick, also supported me. When I quit music school, I moved out of the house, like Andy and Nick did. That was when I got my apartment, and I only spent two days there, before I made the adventure map for Stampy, then I came here... which reminds me... my stay here is almost up! Then of course, the rent for my apartment is due at the end of the month! I won't think of the apartment, I'll make this last week count... but I have to make sure my family will be nice to Stampy... I sent a message on the family text. I made sure to tell everyone to be nice to Stampy, and to wear dress clothes... I was sitting on my bed when I was thinking of all this, when, I heard someone knock. I looked over to Amy's bed, she was still asleep, So I tried my best to be quiet about it, and I opened the door. Stampy was standing there. I smiled and placed my finger over my lips, and said "Shhhhhh." He peeked inside, and nodded. Then I stepped into the hallway, and shut the door behind me. Stampy then led me into his room, and shut the door. I sat on the edge of his bed, and he sat on the spinny chair in his room. I looked down at my ring and smiled. Stampy noticed, and said "Like your ring much Mrs. Garrett?" I blushed a little and said "I love it Mr. Garrett." We looked at each other and smiled. "Well then your meeting my family tonight." I said looking at him. He nodded, and said "I am." I nodded, and asked "Do you know what your going to wear?" "Nope!" He said. I smiled and shook my head. He laughed, and I walked to his closet, I opened the doors, and looked at all his clothes. He had his merch on one side of the closet, and suits on the other side. I thought of my family, then of Stampy, then I remembered I said to wear dress clothes. I looked through Stampy's dress clothes, and found a black blazer, with black dress pants. Perfect.... then under the blazer, will be a blue turtleneck.... he looks very nice in turtlenecks. I spread out his clothes across his bed, and said "You're wearing that." He looked at it, and smiled. Then said "Okay, Ducky." We hugged, then I told him some basic information about my family.

~ Time Skip~

I looked at the clock, then looked back at Stampy in complete amazement! "STAMPY!! WE ONLY HAVE 30 MINUTES TO GET DRESSED, AND LEAVE!!" We jumped, and ran to our rooms. Wow! Stampy and I are really good at talking for hours! When I got in my room, I closed the door behind me, and looked through my closet. I found a yellow glittery dress, it was floor length, and looked gorgeous! I wore the dress, and some yellow flats, along with a little white sweater. I rushed to the mirror, and did my hair, I had decided to leave it down, and applied light make up. I calmed down a bit, and by the time I was done, I went downstairs, and -yet again- saw Stampy sitting on the couch waiting for me. He stood up, and I whispered in his ear "You look handsome... they will love you." Then he whispered back "You look very beutiful, and I hope your family really does like me." I smiled, and kissed his cheek, then he kissed my nose. I giggled a bit, and then we got into the car.

Joseph's pov

It was a long drive to get to Worcestershire. As I pulled into the drive way, (as Sqaishey navigated) I turned off the car, and Sqaishey and I sat in the car. I turned to face Sqaishey, and asked "Sqaishey... are you going to call me 'Joseph' or 'Stampy?'" She faced me and said "I think I'll call you 'Joseph'... So long as you call me 'Bethany.'" I nodded my head, and we got out of the car. She grabbed onto my arm, and held it. While she did that, I looked at the four cars that were also in the drive way. I felt nervous now... Bethany looked at me, and said "It's okay, my parents have one car each, and the other two cars, belong to my brothers." I gulped, and Bethany asked "Why are you so nervous Joe?" I replied "When you call me 'Joseph' or 'Joe' I feel like I'm in trouble." I said jokingly. Bethany giggled a bit, and she said "Okay, now the real reason." I looked at her straight in the eye, and said "I don't know why I'm scared, I mean, if I do one thing wrong, like wipe my nose, they have the power to keep the Love of my life away from me...also... brothers are known to be very protective over their sisters, especially if she is the youngest." I said scared now. Bethany laughed, and for some reason, it calmed me down. Then she said "Don't worry Joseph! They will love you! I know they will..." Then we kissed. A few seconds later, Bethany rang the doorbell. I stood there cold, and shaking, Bethany was still clinging onto my arm, and I think she may have felt my shaking, as she stroked my hand, and kissed my cheek. I warmed up, and stopped shaking.... thanks to my Miracle Duck. I smiled, as I looked into her eyes, and mouthed, "Thank you." She nodded  and returned the smile. Then we stood face to face with the door. Then we heard footsteps... Before they answered, I remembered about our rings... I quickly turned to Bethany, showed her my ring, and pointed to it. My heart was pounding as I took off my ring, and the footsteps grew closer, then Bethany handed me her ring and I put both rings safely in my pocket. I was panicking as the footsteps were behind the door, then Bethany did the most terrifying thing.... she pulled me in to a kiss. The whispered lightly in my ear "Play along..." I responded by kissing her back. Then the door opened up, and immediately we stopped, we went back to holding hands, and she gave my hand a little squeeze.
