Liam is running from the failures that haunt him,
Niall is running from what he can't let go of,
Elly is running from a past she wishes to do over,
And Erynn is running from everything.

Liam and Niall have been resting in their private vacation home for almost a week without any disturbance, just waiting for the other boys to arrive so they can start working on their next big project for their famous musical carrier as One Direction once again. Things have been pretty boring for the beginning of their 'gap year', where they've decided to get away from the public and take some time off for themselves, although they think they like it that way.
But when a young woman, Erynn, randomly shows up at their unknown location with a hurt ankle and a fever, the two boys are faced with a choice. Let her stay and recover and possibly ruin all the peace and serenity they're supposed to be having, or send her and all the unsettling mysteries that seem to follow her every footstep, on their way.
As if that wasn't crazy enough, enter Elly - a long-time best friend of Erynn who, for some reason, hasn't had any contact with her for a whole year. Elly also comes to the boys' home, saying she has to 'protect' Erynn, and the boys have even more decisions to make. Let Erynn and Elly stay? ‘Protect’ the two women from whatever could possibly harm them, and risk the safety of everyone else?
Finally when Zayn, Louis, and Harry get mixed into the whole mess as well, a whole new variety of craziness overcomes the boys of One Direction's lives, and everything gets stirred up in ways no one could have ever expected. Will they to learn to accept everyone’s failures, their fears, their pasts, their everything?

This story will periodically change P.O.V.'s between characters but the ONLY ones that will have them are Liam, Niall, Erynn, and Elly. No matter what anyone says, we will NOT have any of the other boys, or any other characters having their own P.O.V.s. That's just the way this story works, and we're sorry if that's not pleasing to you, but it's the way we planned everything out.
Please keep in mind that the characters in this story ARE supposed to be modeled off of the boys of One Direction, (and from our own minds, of course) but we are in NO WAY saying any of the things they do, say, or think in this book are accurate to what they would do in these certain situations in real life. We tried to write it how we think most people would think or react in such circumstances, but that doesn't mean Niall, Liam, Harry, Louis, or Zayn ARE definitely this way. So please don't send any hate or anything saying this 'isn't accurate to their personality' or stuff like that, because we KNOW it might not be. Again, we only wrote this with the experiences we've had with real people in our own lives, so we modeled their moods and actions sort of off what we have seen in those other people.
