Tom.

I finished my training and I was really exhausted. We have lots of games to come and we want to be ready and give the 100%, our families, friends and fans expect the best from us.

When I went out from the training camp I saw that my phone had a missing call from my mother, I found it weird because she knows I head to training but she probably needs to talk to me and she just dial to let me know, so then I could call her back. Sometimes she forgets she needs to talk to me.

I decided to call her right away, before she forgets what she wants. I say my goodbye's while I wait for my mum to answer the phone.

-Hey, Mum. I got your call.

-Hi, Tom. I need you to come home soon.

-Something happens, mum? Is everything alright? –I was pretty worried by her urgency.

-Yes, it's just that... there's a Young lady who needs to talk to you.

-Who's there, mum? Are you hiding something from me? Is that Grace? –I don't understand what's happening. I'm still going anyways, now I'm on my way home.

-It's not Grace. I just met this girl. She says she knows you, her name's Ashley.

-Ashley? Mum, I don't know any Ashley. Don't let her in –I say worried.

-Tom, she's already here waiting for you. She said that it was necessary to speak with you as soon as possible and that it was very important.

-Mum, I don't know her. Tell her to wait outside-. I began to get bothered. I don't like strange people to come into our home.

-Tom, that would be rude. Just come soon-. Of course, my mum and her courtesy rules. I'm worried that people can take advantage from her kindness.

-Fine. I'll be there as soon as I can.

-Be careful, love!

-Yes, mum. See you later.

-Ok, bye.

-Bye, mum.

I wish I could go faster so I could see who this mysterious girl is. My dad's working and I was training, it worries me to let my mother alone with this stranger.

Finally I arrive home. I try to be mentally prepared to meet this girl, I spent my way back thinking about who is she but I still can't remember meeting a girl named Ashley.

-Tom, you're finally home.

-I never noticed there where so many lights on my way home –I joked, even when I actually never did notice. She laughed and took me to the living room.

-Come, Ashley's waiting for you-. She says to me indicating me to follow her. And here I am, looking at her. That blond girl, those big green eyes and that pale skin, white like the snow. Of course I remember her; the small detail is that I never took the time to ask her name.

-You! What are YOU doing here? –I could see shame in her face. She didn't look confortable and I expect it to stay that way, she's not welcome here.

-Tom, I... -she spoke; her voice was low and shaky.

-You shouldn't be here –she tried to say something but the words couldn't leave her mouth.

-Tom, son. You're scaring her –my mum intervened when she saw her so scared, looking for excuses for presenting her here.

-Mum, I... I'm sorry but I need to talk to her, alone –I specified. She tried to comment but she must realized that we really need to speak, I was thankful with her for leaving without a protest.
