The beginning

  Hello, my name is Veronica and this is the story of how one person can ruin everything. It all began in kindergarten it was a Saturday afternoon when Lindsay one of my best friend was hanging out with my twin brother Lucas and I. We where playing truth and dare I dared Lindsay to touch Lucas's hand "I dare you to touch my brothers hand!" "No way he has cooties!" Lindsay said. "Don't worry Lucas is my brother and no brother of mine has cooties." I explained to Lindsay. "Ya I don't have cooties!" Lucas said confidently. After the whole truth and dare fiasco Ocean and her brother Brendan came into the yard "hello!" Said Ocean eagerly. "Hi!" I answered "what are you guys doing?" Said Brendan. "We where playing truth and dare but Lindsay is to much of a baby and won't touch my hand." Said Lucas. "That's easy!" Ocean said as she touched Lucas's hand. See Lindsay that was easier than adding! Said Brendan. "What ever!" Replied Lindsay. As I turned my head towards the gate I saw Katie my older sister walking in. Oh look someone let out all the 5 year olds! She said with smirk on her face. "Oh shut it Katie we're only 2 years younger than you!"Lucas said with a grumpy expression. "C'mon guy lets not start a fuss"said Ocean grabbing Lucas's arm trying to pull him away from Katie. "Hey Veronica who's that guy coming into your yard?" "Lindsay said. That's Felix Katie's best friend." "Hey guys I heard you guys arguing from next door." Said Felix Felix is our next door neighbor his mom is my mom's best friend Katie and Felix knew each other since they where babies. He's only a year ahead of us in school because his parents got him into school a year after he was suppose to...anyway back to the story. Katie you aren't jealous because they have more friends than you or are you? Felix said just messing with her "No way my mom always tells me that friends always grow apart so why would I be jealous I'm going to make more friend and I'm going lose some too. Said Katie.
