Haha, you pervs. No, not like Victoria's Secret. Get that out of your head, pazzo. Although I would love to see that!

Enjoy!

I hid myself in the small space behind the couch, letting the tears fall from my eyes as the shadows hugged me. I hated Lovino, I hated Daniel, I hated... everything! I wanted to climb up on the roof and scream, but I couldn't... so I just sat behind the sofa and cried, listening to the two Italian gangsters scuffling upstairs and praying that I wouldn't hear a gunshot. I don't think I could've handled it if one of them fell.

After a while, I heard heavy footsteps pounding their way down the stairs, closely followed by a pair of slightly lighter ones. I peered out from my hiding place in time to see Lovino shoving Daniel out of the door. It slammed in his face, and the Italian turned to me, his brown eyes widening when he saw me. He sighed and crouched down next to the couch, reaching his hand out and brushing it against my cheek. I didn't move.

"Silvia," he whispered. "I'm sorry."

I didn't meet his eyes, but Lovino leaned over and pressed his lips against my forehead. Another bought of tears threatened to pour out of my eyes, but I held them in; I wasn't going to cry. Not in front of him.

"Lovino," I finally choked out. "I'm... confused."

"About what?"

"I know you said that Dan only wanted me so I could benefit his gang," I replied. "But... It just... it doesn't make sense."

Lovino sighed, pulling me into his embrace. "There's a small chance that I could be wrong," he said. "But most rival gangsters will only want you for your body and the status it gives them. Promise me you'll always keep that in mind."

I nodded weakly, and he kissed the top of my head. Then, something popped into my mind.

"That was my first kiss." I blurted out before I could stop myself. His eyes widened in surprise before he let out a weak laugh.

"Hehe... why am I surprised?" he joked. "I guess I sort of thought you'd had a million kisses by now."

I smiled. "Yeah, I wish," I replied. "I'm lucky I even got one, and you sort of screwed it up for me."

"Yeah, I said sorry, didn't I?" Lovino replied. He paused before whispering in my ear, "You want another one?"

I leaned away from him a little. "Woah, what're you saying?" I demanded. "You're freaking me out, Lovi."

He chuckled nervously. "Yeah, I'm just messing with you," he reassured me. He stood. "How about some pasta, instead?"

"Pasta at a time like this?" I replied. "Hell yes."

He smiled and went to the kitchen, and I went back up to my room, sinking into the covers of my bed and closing my eyes. I liked Lovino when he was happy, even if he did get a little creepy.

I suddenly wanted something other than pasta.

I was sitting on the couch, my head in Lovino's lap, when someone knocked on the door. Lovi stood, letting my head fall onto the sofa. I mumbled a swear, and he laughed. His smile faded when he opened the door.

A man with short, graying hair and a silvery moustache stood there, calmly gripping Daniel by the collar of his shirt. He smiled when he saw me, some of the coldness in his steel gray eyes disappearing.

"Hello, Princess," he greeted me, tugging at Daniel's shirt so he was looking up at me. "Look what I found."

"Hey, Daddy," I replied, struggling not to show that I recognized Daniel. "Who's that?"
