"Should we open?" Namjoon whispered.

"I..." Jin started, staring at the door separating which separated them from the mysterious room. "Of course we should." He said. He didn't sound very convinced though. It sounded like he would rather turn around and leave. At the same time, he really did want to open. This was the door he had searched for for as long as he could remember. Not opening it, was something he was sure he would regret. So he reached for the handle, feeling both adventurous and scared.

Taehyung's hand reached the door handle first. His eyes shone with more excitement than anyone's. Jin admired that side of Tae. How his curiosity swallowed and overshadowed everything that distracted him.

"Where's Hoseok hyung?" Jimin asked just as Taehyung was about to twist the handle. Jimin was finely attuned to his friends wellbeing, and would always be the first to notice when something was amiss.

The others looked around. Hoseok was indeed nowhere in sight. "He probably ran off." Namjoon said. Hoseok was a know scaredycat.

"But would he really go somewhere alone in this dark corridor?" Jimin doubted.

"Huh. I guess he wouldn't." Namjoon said, now looking towards the dark edges of the hall with a more concerned frown.

"Hobi?" Yoongi called out. No answer. The group of friends exchanged looks of concern. This was very odd. Even if Hoseok had run away, he wouldn't have done so quietly. He always screamed quite loudly when frightened.

"I'll try calling him." Namjoon said.

Meanwhile, Taehyung released his grip of the handle. The piano had stopped. He felt something. It felt like some kind of presence. Right behind him. He turned around, but all he saw was his friends.

"He's not answering." Namjoon said and pressed his lips together.

Yoongi turned on a flashlight on his phone. "I'll go search for him." He said.

"Wait." Jin said. "Don't go alone."

"I'll go too." Jimin said, eyes filled with concern.

"You guys can go that way, and Jin hyung, Tae and I will go in this direction." Namjoon said.

"Yeah." Yoongi muttered and hurried away with Jimin in tow. Yoongi didn't look like it, but he was quite the worrywart.

"Tae, let's go." Namjoon said.

"But... the door." Taheyung mumbled and turned to the door again, feeling a magnetic pull.

Taehyung received no answer, and saw that his friends had already left. He wondered what to do, and ended up standing there debating wether to leave or to open the door.

Meanwhile, Hoseok found himself in a strange predicament. He had no idea what was going on. He was in the middle of a dark corridor, with no recollection of getting there. The latest thing he remembered was standing with the others outside music room 3. Now, his friends were nowhere in sight. To say he was scared, would be a great understatement. He was horrified, mortified. The sound of footsteps almost caused his heart to leap out of his chest. They got closer and closer, his heart beat harder and harder, and his breathing came faster and faster. He clenched his eyes shut and tried to prepare himself. For what, he didn't know.

"Are you Hoseok?" A soft voice asked behind him.

That was it.

Hoseok couldn't take it anymore. He screamed loudly and shrilly and broke off in a sprint. There was no way he was staying in this building.
