*Paige's POV*

I showered and got ready quickly, only blow-drying my naturally straight hair, then hurried out of the bathroom still in a towel and walked over to Alex's bedroom door, "Leaving in half an hour!"

"I'm already ready Paige!" he yelled back, his voice muffled by the door between us.

I rolled my eyes and walked back to my room to get dressed, but just stood in my closet and stared at my clothes, unable to decide what to wear.

I grabbed my phone and called Madison on FaceTime. The phone only rang once before she answered, "Hey! You're coming right?"

"Of course, I just don't know what to wear," I frowned and looked back down at my clothes.

"Trying to impress anyone? Nathan maybe?"

I rolled my eyes, "No, I just never know what to wear, you know that."

"That's true, you know-," Madison paused and looked down, "What sweetie?"

I smiled and listened closely and heard Hayley's little voice, "Who's that?"

"Your Auntie Paige."

"Can I see?"

Madison nodded, bent down and picked her up, and put Hayley into the frame so she could see.

I smiled big, "Hey kiddo, how are you today?"

Hayley shrugged suddenly shy and looked at her mom. Madison nodded and Hayley looked back at me, "I'm okay, how are you?"

"I'm good, excited to see you today."

She nodded slightly and started wiggling to get down. Madison bent down to put her down and looked back at her phone, "She's been in a mood lately, she'll hardly leave Jack and I and she's so shy with everyone."

"I'm sure it's only a phase," I smiled in reassurance, "Anyway, what should I wear?"

She nodded, "Right. Just wear some jean shorts and a cool shirt, it's pretty hot today. And either wear a bikini underneath or bring one along because we're swimming."

I nodded, smiling, "Sounds perfect."

We talked the rest of the time as I got ready, finally settling on a pair of high-waisted, faded denim shorts and a red tank top.

"I'll see you soon," I smiled and hung up, grabbed a bikini out of the drawer and stuffed it into my purse then walked out of my room.

"Alex, come on! We were supposed to leave like ten minutes ago! And bring-," I paused surprised as the door was flung open, "swim trunks, we're swimming." I said the last part quieter since the door was open.

He nodded and grabbed a pair out of his dresser and hurried out of his room as I rushed around the apartment and grabbed the keys. We headed out of the apartment, locked it on the way out, and hurried down to the car.
