Sleepover! part 2

Angel POV

We went to portillos and ate. The boys were happy we decided to go there since they haven't. Everyone is full, so that's a good thing, cause they be eatin' up my food!

"I'll pay." Ray said, slapping down two 100's.

"Thanks." We all said in unison.

We left and went back to my house were we just chilled on the couch. When no one was watching, Ray smacked my ass. I turned around quickly and gasped.

He laughed and winked at me. I blushed mad hard.

"Awww!" Ray cooed, pointing to my cheeks. I just blushed even harder. I bet I look like a fuckin' strawberry.

I turned away from him and followed the others to my room. We all splashed out somewhere.

Just out of the blue, about an hour since we got back, someone started crying. We all looked around the room to see who it was.

"Who's crying?" Bee asked.

"Ain't me." Asia, nique, me, and Kiah said.

"It ain't a boy." Roc said, looking at all of the boys.

My eyes traveled around the room trying to find the crying person. Behind my desk, I could see strands of dark brown hair. I walked over.

"Shani?" I asked, stepping a little closer.

She stopped and peeked her head around the corner. Sure enough, she was crying. Blood red eyes, running makeup, and tears splashed over her face. I rushed to her side and asked, "What's wrong?"

By now everyone was looking at me and making their way over. Prince started running once he realized shani was crying.

"Shani, what's wrong?" Prince asked concerned.

"H-h-he's d-d-de-dead." She choked out.

I furrowed my brows and my heart started beating faster, worried about her answer.

"Who?" Asia asked.

It took her a while to respond, and when she did I was heart broken. "..............................Martin." She said, just above a whisper.

My body started shaking, my heart pounded, my palms were sweaty, and my mouth went dry. I couldn't do anything but stand there in shock. Everyone looked at me as a screech managed to go through my lips. Ray and Jordan walked over and tried to comfort me. I tried not to cry. I didnt want to cry, but I did. My vision fell blurry and my face went hot,making my nose fill with snot. I could feel the tears burn and cover my face.

I couldn't take it. I got up and ran to the bathroom. I felt sick, empty, and nasty. I quickly ran to the toilet, throwing up my food. Ray held up my hair and Jordan patted my back. Once I was done, I cleaned my mouth and washed my face. After doing so, I walked back into the room. Shani lay in prince's arms, Kiah was in roc's, and Asia in prod's. Each one of them sobbed quietly as shani, through a quiet voice, explained who Martin was. I couldn't take it, I collapsed on the floor sobbing loudly. All the girls knew that I was closest to him more than any of them were. Jordan ran over to comfort me and ray spoke nice quiet words to us all.

His voice soothed my heart a little and I slowly began to stop crying. I thought a moment and asked myself, 'What would Martin say about you crying?' I knew the exact answer to his question. 'Girl, stop trippin' cause you got a life to live. Even though I'm dead, I'll watch over you AND, them girls!'

"I'll be back." I said standing.

"Im going with you." Jordan said.

"No!" I yelled sternly, "I'll be fine."

"Angel, I know you, you would do something stupid and irreversible." Jordan said, looking at Angel with pleading eyes.

"I won't, trust me."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

I rode around town for about an hour before going home. I just had to clear my mind. When I got back home everyone as sleep and Jordan wasn't there. Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone move and a small light. Almost like a phone.

I turned on the light and ray winced at the bright light.

"Sorry," I said "I didn't mean to wake you."

He looked over at me." It's ok, I was awake already."

I walked over to the couch and sat down, sighing. Ray looked at me.

He asked, "you been crying?"

"Yup."

"Oh."

I scanned the room, looking for Jordan."Where's Jordan?"

"Oh, he left like....30 minutes after you. His parents are going out and need him to babysit."

I sighed a shaky sigh.

"You okay?" Ray asked with concern in his voice.

I shook my head no and began bawling. I fell into ray's chest as he began comforting me. All I could do is cry.

"Im sorry for your loss." Ray whispered.

I nodded. Ray lead me to my room and layed down with me until we both fell asleep.
