After me and Paige went to the police station she was pulled for questioning and I had to sign some papers blah blah blah. After she got out she had tear stained cheeks and puffy eyes. Without saying a word the policewoman handed me a file and walked away. "You ready?" I question and she nods I'm her legal dad now! Well me and Jack. You see me and Jack have been dating for a while and I think I'm gonna propose soon. Nobody knows we're dating. I'm so excited. I called Jack to come pick us up and he showed up in 10 minutes. "I thought it took 30 minutes to get here" I say "I have my ways and of course Felix drives like a grandma" he says and I giggle. He hands Paige some 360 goggles "what are these for?" She questions "JUST PUT THEM ON" he yells "okay" she shrugs and puts them on. Jack then grabs my shirt and pulls me towards him and kisses me. We kiss for about 30 seconds then I hear a squel and me a d Jack look over to see Paige watching us "MY SHIP IS REAL!" She yells "shh keep it down nobody knows not even the people who live with us so don't tell!" Jack says and she nods. Me and Jack blush a deep red before leaving.

The whole way home was an awkward silence and then we got home Paige was hugged by everyone. "Go upstairs and get ready for bed" I say and she nods "goodnight......family" she says and walks upstairs everyone was overjoyed that she called us her family. "Hey what's the file?" Nate asks (yeah he's here now!) "Umm I don't know. All I know is that she was crying when she got out and the policewomen gave it to me and walked away." I say "well open it" Lizzie says "okay" I say and open it. I sit on the couch and everyone crowds around and I start reading:

She has watched her father kill her mother, has been starved, has been locked up in a basement for over a week with only 3 meals, is bullied a lot, has been called nasty names, has been abandoned.

Then it was over. We all were balling our eyes out then we heard a slight sniff and we saw Paige was crying in the corner we all run up to her and hug her. I get down to her level "Paige honey I promise that nothing that happened to you before will happen again I promise" I say and she hugs me crying into my shirt I carry her bridal style to the couch and flop her down she giggles while falling off and she winces in pain "honey what's wrong?" I question "n-nothing" she says sitting up "come here" I say and she nods and has her head down. I pull up her shirt to reveal her stomach it had scratch marks and cut marks. "Who did this?" I question anger in my voice "My father" she mumbles I hug her and she winces "it's also on my legs arms and back" she says "that's why you always where long sleeves" MatPat said and she nods "I don't want people to know" she says and we hug her again this time I lift her up and sit on the couch and place her on my lap and then everyone else sits down and we all start tickling her "NO.....please.....stahp!" She says and we stop and she falls catching her breath. I pick her up and place her in between Jack and I and we turn on Netflix and watch 'Haters back off' and on episode 5 Paige falls asleep on my chest and we stop and I go up stairs and place her in the bed. I kiss her on the head and she smiles "I love you sweetie" she seems to flinch at that name but then relaxes "I love you to dad" she says and I smile. I go down stairs and they are all playing Fallout. "Guys guess what?" I say "WHAT?" they yell "she called me dad" and they all cheer and smile. We then play Fallout till we pass out. Oh what a day!
