Violas eyes fluttered open to find herself in Ellen's body, right where she had died. "I'm... i-  I'm alive!?" I said aloud. "Yes, as a matter of fact you are." I heard a deep voice behind me. I turned around to see a black cat. "How am I alive?!" I scrambled to find the right words.
The cat looked up at me, and rolled his eyes as he began speak. "You never died. There are 4 stages of the sickness that Ellen has. Well, had. At the first stage, it is barely noticeable. This when she was about three. Random cuts, headaches, and all aches in general." He paused to let me think for a moment. "Go on." I mumbled. The small black cat spoke up again. "Stage two, however, is when it becomes very obvious. From about three to nearly six, the pain kicks in, and walking becomes very painful. But that is only stage two. Stage three is when it gets its very painful for young girls like Ellen." I frowned, almost feeling bad for her. He continued. "Stage three is very painful, and the sufferer will never have much energy. This stage is probably ages six to nine. But the worst part is stage four. People with this condition will randomly pass out, and their skin will be very delicate." He paused. "That is what has happened to you, my dear. You passed out." I silently screamed inside at his stare. It seemed like he didn't care. "H-how much time do I have left?" I stuttered. The black cat seemed t smirk at my statement. "That body only has a week." He said.
