'Where am I....what is going on...?' a voice speaks within a dark atmosphere around me, 'why can't I open my eyes?...Am I dead? No..."

Darkness swirls around me as I try to open my eyes but does not feel the ability to be able to, my memory clouded and unable to move any part of my body. Mind clouded and disoriented I begins to hear more voices.

'Do you think he's all there?' a deeper male voice says in a booming tone that makes his cranium rumble and his body shake.

'He can hear us...you feel that? His heart is still beating...whoever did this didn't finish him off, poor dear' a sweeter more kind voice states with a motherly tone.

'We could always just put him out of his misery, surely whatever happened to him was proof enough he could be dangerous' a violent voice with a rasp states

'Put me out of my misery....why would they do that?!' I struggle more however am unable to move any part of my body however something seems to click in my mind, something powerful, 'I don't want to die'

'Oh my, it seems like his subconscious has finally come back to him, I guess scaring his sense back was a good idea Sepheron...' she laughs and it seems to rattle his very foundations.

'hmph, well for now we should leave him be, if he is destined to be killed I shall come back for him' the rasping voice says once again.

In a few moments all is silent as I sit...no float there, in my own mind. Everything a blur, all confusion adding up and clouding my memories. As silence overcomesme, all except a melody that seems to keep me from drifting into the endless sleep of death, burrowed deep within my own mind.

"You know you could have saved that town in a way other than burning down a few villages right?" Gray huffed as he walked irritably down the city street of Magnolia, people going about their business as usual around them, the hustle bustle of the city completely different from their most recent job.

"I may have been able to if someone didn't keep getting in my damn way!" Natsu responded irritably and glared over at Gray, "You know I could have done this job on my own! Why'd you even come along?!"

"Erza said that we had to work together on this job to build more teamwork between us, lizard breath, I wouldn't question her decision if you value your hide," Gray said calmly, his shirt now removed from his upper body.

"I ain't afraid of Erza! If she wanted a fight I could easily take her down!" He laughs confidently as he marches down the street, as someone pushes by them running ahead towards the guild hall, "Eh? Whats going on?"

Gray and Natsu look at one another then begin sprinting in the direction of where the guild hall is and look at it in utter shock, people gathered around it with shocked expressions as well and chattering among each other.

"Do you think the Fairies finally had gone and done it? Freezing their guild hall like this?", "It wouldn't surprise me one bit, they always were wild and always fighting each other in there", "Mommy what is this weird ice thingy around the building?"

"I'm not imagining this am I?" Gray blurts out looking at his guild hall in utter disbelief, "Its gotta be some kind of dream..."

Ahead of them the entire guild hall, usually tall and looming over the city around it, is covered in a crystalline structure glistening in the sun. A strong magical energy can be felt emanating from it and within its crystal walls they can see Happy and Lucy walking into the guild hall, frozen in place, in time.

"I don't care if it's a dream or reality! This thing is going to get broken! If Lucy is stuck in there the rest of our guild mates are too!" He begins running at the lacrima that is encasing their guild hall and swing his arm forward, "Fire Dragon Iron Fist!"
