Cass still believed that the internet was the best thing ever created. Forget about "cars" and "sliced bread". YOUTUBE. ONLINE PIZZA ORDERING. ANONYMOUS SOCIAL INTERACTION. People might've thought she was crazy, but Cass knew the truth. She absolutely was crazy, which was why she liked the internet so much. She also liked fanfiction, which was why, on the 2nd of January, she found herself scrolling through a Destiel fanfiction. She was only on the first chapter when she decided to reply to a comment.

JustAStrayCalicoCat: I'm Cas. Haha... Spiritually and Name wise. Hahaha... Sorry

It didn't matter that much, and she just went on reading, until a while later when she saw a notification for her saying that someone had replied to her comment. She clicked on it and saw

internetjunky: I'll be your Dean to your Cas ;) *awkward silence* .....sorry

Cass smiled.

JustAStrayCalicoCat: Yes. Join me.

It wasn't long after that that someone else commented.

Fan_Fictionator3000: I ship it.

After that, things just kept rolling, with Cass and internetjunky going back and forth and a few other people adding their piece. Cass really enjoyed it, even though it made her blush a time or two, but eventually it petered out so she went back to YouTube. She was in the middle of yet another Dan and Phil binge, and was loving it just like she always did, until her cat, Lucas, showed up.

"Hey Lucas! Are you hungry?" Cass asked. Lucas, of course, just meowed. Cass rolled out of her bed and went downstairs, pouring some food for Lucas and grabbing a snack for herself. When she opened up Wattpad again, she saw that someone had messaged her.

internetjunky: hello honeybee

Cass smiled.

JustAStrayCalicoCat: Hey.

internetjunky: im Charlie. What's your name?

JustAStrayCalicoCat: It's actually Cass. I wasn't lying about being Cas. XD

internetjunky: nice. I could still be Dean. I'm gay enough for it XD

JustAStrayCalicoCat: but hopefully you aren't an alcoholic with no parents and emotional problems.

internetjunky: yeah not so much. I'm only seventeen, so yeah...

JustAStrayCalicoCat: Well being an alcoholic at that age would be quite an accomplishment.

internetjunky: do I need to take that as a challenge?

JustAStrayCalicoCat: Um... no.

internetjunky: don't worry, I don't have enough money or street cred to accept that challenge.

JustAStrayCalicoCat: good.

Cass and Charlie talked for a long time, during which Cass learned that Charlie was also an only child, also liked Fall Out Boy, and was very proud of the fact that she was gay. So when she was supposed to be in bed that night, she was still talking with Charlie, and it wasn't till two that she couldn't keep her eyes open any longer and fell asleep with Lucas curled up on her back.

(Heyyyy guys! So this book is about JustAStrayCalicoCas and internetjunky , who are real people, so if there are any inaccuracies, my answer is AU. I hope you enjoyed!)
