Moving day oh what great fun, I would just love to pack all my things and get in a car for 24 hours then settle in a state I have no accustom to, then on top of that go to a completely different school witch I have no clue about what so ever, but yeah like I said so much fun.All I really did was help move a box or two while the moving men did the rest, but in my defense those boxes were like the weight of a car, I guess I got my work out for the week.
Before all my things were packed away I stuffed some essentials in a backpack I found in the back of my closet I made sure to put a notebook and pen to free write in case I get bored.
"Kaylee are you ready?" my mother calls from down the stairs. "Yeah" I yell in response, I love my mom but not my step farther.
This whole moving trip is because of him and his job, Mom and my Dad divorced when I was fourteen. Dad moved out of the house, but not far because he wanted me to visit him often, he wasn't a greedy father earthier he payed child support and the house me and my mom lived in.
That was until she met Louis a C.E.O for Prescott Inc. I never saw him more than an acquaintance and he preferred me to call him 'Dad' but I declined. I already have a dad I don't need another.
I walk down the stairs and find my mom and Louis waiting for, he tries to hug me.

I put my hand out instead, he looks disappointed but shakes my hand. I give a tight smile and my mother scowls at me. I shrug my shoulders and walk out the door to the car.
I lay down a blanket and pillow on the back of the car, I'm an only child so I get my own space. Soon after Louis and my mom get into the car and we drive off.
I take out my phone and put my headphones on then lay down and close my eyes, this is going to be a long trip.
