What would life truly be like Without Sight?
Would you be able to tell a tsunami's height?
To see where you need to run, hide
Or would you just be confused, running side to side?
What would life be without sight?
Would you be able to paint a picture?
To see your fixture
To bask in the glory of your achievement
Or would you draw lines, all bent?
What would life be without sight?
Would it be black, colorless, dull, ugly
Would you see them smile smugly?
Would you see their signs and banners
Clearly needing to learn manners?
What would life be without sight?
Or would it be fun?
Not having to feel hurt by the sun
Ignoring all around
It would be just like the dirt on the ground
What would life be without sight?
But I know what it's like
It's not like banners, dirt, blackness,
More like a spike Right in the eye
Falling hard, fast, from deep within the sky
What would life truly be without sight?
You think I meant to be blind
No, more like in a bind
When you don't know what to do
Or in a screw
Your done, you can't think, all you want is to quit
You can't use your wit
Throwing all the supplies away
You can't stay
Just paint
Stop with the complaints
Yes,
Life without sight would be a mess
But don't fret
I can bet
The art you do
Will do what's right for you
The inner voice spoke
Just as it woke
The new found courage is overwhelming
Brush in hand mixing
Fixing
Speaking
The canvas is no longer white, colorless, dull, ugly
No longer do they smirk smugly
No longer do they have signs and banners
Nothing more but manners
Yes the sun hurts
In bright spurts
The lines are all bent
Too much time spent
Sight
It's no longer a tsunami's height
No longer is a need to run, hide
It's perfect, moving side to side
No confusion
But ignition
With ease comes a picture
To see the fixture
To see the achievement
It's as clear as days spent
No longer is it a fright
Life Without Sight.

Okay let's be honest here, I have no idea how to write a poem.
I just wanted to give it a try, plus I wanted to use the cover.
Well I tried
