You...

"Um, I guess you can play with me?" I said unsure gripping Chica's neck.

"Okay, what's your dog's name?" He asked walking closer.

"Erm, her name is Chica." I said letting my grip slip on her a bit, but I was still uncomfortable with having to talk to this boy.

"She sure is pretty," he said with a smile, "What about you what's your name?" He asked less confident than before.

"I'm (Y/N)." I said quiet just like before.

"I'm Scott, I'm just here because my...mommy wanted me to talk to you while she talked to your daddy." He explained himself.

"Oh well I guess they want us to be friends? Want to pet Chica?" I asked trying to be normal and make friends.

"Yeah I really would like to do that." He said sticking his hand out to pet her.

"She is really soft go ahead and pet her!" I said encouraging him.

After the first touch it was like Chica had found a new best friend. She excitedly wagged her tail and licked Scott repeatedly in the face. Scott's struggle to get Chica off was a funny one, I couldn't help but to laugh. Scott laughed too, which made Chica even more excited. I helped Scott up and together we ran from Chica laughing.

Mark...
A woman with blonde hair walked up to me, just as a little boy walked up to (Y/N). She is with Chica she'll be fine...hopefully.

"Hi, my name is Amy and my son and I were wondering where New-Berry hotel was. We were told it was located in the park but we are having trouble finding it."She said with a slight frown.

"Well whoever told you New-Berry was in the park has no idea what they are talking about. It's about ten minutes down the highway then turn off to your left. And there you are New-Berry hotel." And not one awkward saying or a stumble of word, I am truly proud of myself.

"Well thank you! SCOTT COME ON HONEY IT'S TIME TO GO." She yelled to the boy I guessed was playing with (Y/N).

"BUT MOMMY ME AND (Y/N) WERE PLAYING DINOSAUR HUNTER!" Scott screamed in return. Amy sighed looking worried.

"If you aren't in that big of a rush I think it be great if you and Scott stayed around for a while. (Y/N) hasn't really had social interaction with anyone her own age." I say keeping a close eye on her. Plus, maybe I can score her a mommy. Oh god, I am a terrible person...but its worth a shot isn't it?"

"Well I mean, I guess it would hurt for the two of them to play for a bit." She said with a reassuring smile.

You...

Daddy and Scott's mommy were talking, and it looked as if they were laughing. Daddy had the same face as when I ran around chasing Chica. I thought me and the games he played were the only things that made him happy. The joy of running with Scott and Chica had disappeared and I had stopped abruptly. The smile had washed away from my face and a emotion I had never felt now came over me. I didn't want Scott's mommy to make MY Daddy laugh. I was the only one who could put that funny looking smile on his face. I sat in the grass Scott and Chica were running in. Why hasn't Daddy come to check on me yet? He would usually do that. Does he not want me anymore?

"(Y/N) what's wrong? Are you tired cause if you are I am too." Scott breathed out heavily plopping himself on the ground.

"Why does your Mommy have to talk to my Daddy?" I said harshly.

"Well, my mommy...She talks to a lot of Dads. I don't really understand because a lot of the Daddies she talks to have little kids to, just like your Daddy. But to be honest I like you the most out of all the little kids." He spitted out while petting Chica's golden brown coat of fur.

"Oh, why does your Mommy talk to Daddies?"

   "I can't tell you. I wish I could I promised Mommy I wouldn't."

"Its okay." I said getting up and running up the small hill to take my Daddy and Chica home to leave Scott and his mommy behind, even though I liked Scott.

"Wait! I want to come with you!"Scott shouted running to catch up with me.

Scott was a few steps behind me when I screamed to Daddy. "Hello!"

"Hey honey, are you having fun?" He asked smiling.

"Yeah Scott is really fun to chase Chica with." That weird emotion was now replaced with happiness because Daddy wanted me again.

"Well I'm glad you had good time." He said standing and swooping me from the ground as Scott's mommy stood and grabbed his hand.

"Bye Scott!" I said while in Daddy' arms.

  Mark...

As we parted our ways I noticed Amy, who I had befriended, walked off in the opposite direction of New-Berry Hotel, but I just shrugged it off...

Scott...

Amy who I had been calling Mommy for more time than I was comfortable with released my hand as soon as we were out of sight of the strange man who's name I didn't remember and (Y/N). Amy was just working for a Micheal, my actual Mother's friend. My actual Mother died when I was two, and here I am four years later, working with my dead Mother's friend's girlfriend. Micheal...he was a bad person. He would use his own girlfriend to steal men's heart's...and there children. All together they were just bad people. I may be young..only six...but I know that I am not meant to be a bad person. I just don't want to play their games. I'm tired of it, and if they try to take (Y/N) I'll tell her so that man can hide her. I just don't want (Y/N) to get hurt like the others.
