Night of the Dead [on hold]

The Dream

           You don't feel well, your out of breath, nauseous from exhaustion. You pant and stumble, you can't feel your legs anymore, you collapse onto the ground. Why you were running? You weren't sure, but something had been chasing you, but you had not figured out yet. Then you heard the roar of zombies in the distance. Then the evil reality hits you. It was the end of the world, the apocalypse. You try and stand but can't, you had been running for so long. Nothing left to do, so you except your fate, and cry, afraid of what death is going to be like. All these questions run through your mind. Will it hurt? Where will you go? Can you please escape it? Before you could think anymore, you hear the zombie scream, it grabs your arm, tugging on it.

"(Y/N), (Y/N) wake up. Your having a nightmare." Your eyes shot open and saw someone tugging on your arm. You look around, everything seems normal, you sigh in relief.

"Oh..." you say.  (A/N real quick, did you know that if you cry in your dreams you actually cry in real life? Fun fact!). The man who woke  you was your best friend Takeo Masaki.

"Are you ok?" He asked. You don't say anything, but wipe a tears away from your face. He gives you a sad smiled and pulls you in for a hug. "Do you want to talk about it?" He asks kindly. You say sure and tell him everything.

"That's awfur."

"Yeah...." You agree then lean onto him. Lately you have been having these kinds of dreams, each time the got worse. This time was by far the worse though. You were just glad Takeo was here. You and Takeo had been friends for as long as you could remember, Nikolai too. You three were friends, even though Takeo and Nikolai didn't get along that great, they grew on each other. You went to school with them, and college with them. Actually you all were still in college (don't worry this story will not be about college lol). You all decided it might be fun to take a semester off somewhere else. Right now you all were in Austria. You looked at the time. It was about time you normally wake up, so you didn't go back to sleep. Nikolai was already up. Nikolai and Takeo were like your big brothers, always looking out for you. You loved them, and they loved you. You were eating breakfast with Takeo and Nikolai, you all started talking.

"How did you sleep, Nikolai?" You ask. He looks up from his food to look at you.

"Ok. Da, stayed too late. What about you?"

"I had another nightmare." You sadly reply. Nikolai looks at you with sorry eyes. He moves over to you and gives you an bear hug. You smiled even though he was squeezing the life out of you. "Thanks... Nikolai." You say, trying to breath. He let's go of you and chuckles lightly before sitting back down. Takeo then sits down with you guys.

"How'd you sleep." Nikolai looked at Takeo. Takeo looked at both of you.

"Peacefurry." You smiled at him.

"That's good." He smiled back at you, then stood up and walked by, kissing your head as he did so. (Ok I just want to make one thing clear: you and Takeo are not dating or anything, just really good friends, just that's kinda important). Nikolai stands up too, taking your now empty plate as he goes to put them in the sink.

"Thanks Nikolai."

"Da, your welcome." You lean back in your seat, closing your eyes. A zombie fills your mind, and it's terrible screams. You quickly open your eyes and step out of your day dream, looking a little flustered. Takeo notices.

"Are you alright?" He asked. You look over to him, a little surprised by talking.

"Oh! Um y-yeah... fine."  But you weren't, each time you closed your eyes you saw a zombie and heard its scream.

"We should get going... we have to be at class." Nikolai reminds you and Takeo.

"Yeah." You say grabbing your stuff and following Takeo and Nikolai out the door.

Night

      You are in you (F/C) pajamas, sitting on the couch watching tv. Nikolai is sitting with you, Takeo is in the other room studying. You get tired, and fall asleep next to Nikolai, so he takes you to your bed.  But you wake up shortly after because if another nightmare. You don't want to go back to sleep to you decide to get a snack. You hear Takeo and Nikolai talking in the kitchen, it sounds important, so you listen in.

"I'm getting worried about (Y/N), she arawys has those nightmares." You hear Takeo say.

"I know. How do we help?" Nikolai asked.

"I don't know."

"We will deal with this more in the morning, Nikolai needs sleep."

"Ok, goodnight."

"Goodnight Takeo." You hear there footsteps move away. Then you enter the kitchen. They were right, the nightmares were becoming an issue, but you didn't know how to stop them. You had no idea what they REALLY meant.
