After years of staying here in Paris, nakagraduate na ako. I couldn't believe that I finished it. Mom and Dad would regularly go here during Christmas and would celebrate with me. Nakilala na rin nila si Kelly, Enzo, and Ara. Kelly and Enzo's relationship lasted for 3 years. Patay na patay si Enzo eh. Buti pa sila! God, I only had a relationship for months. But now, I started to open my heart again. Me and Adam tried to date at hindi naman niya ako minamadali kaya I'm really happy with his company. Alam na rin ni Kath and Dj na break na kami ni James. Oh right, ang kwento ni Dj ay nagpapalasing lagi si James that's why Kath tried to convince me. Nagkausap kami actually — but he was drunk! He told me his life was complicated that's why he needed to do that to me. Sorry Reid, Excuse not valid! I'm really happy with my life, My career is successful dahil nagpatayo ang blockmate ko ng firm of interior designers and tons invested on her company. International Investors at hindi lang ang nakapalibot sa Paris. I'm one the head of the department kaya sobra akong natutuwa!
"Kelly, pwede pakibantayan muna yun pwesto ko?" I asked since she's staying at my sofa.
"Saan ka pupunta?" She asked back while sitting on my swivel chair
"I'm having lunch with Adam." I answered while packing my things.
"Hindi naman umaasa si Adam right? Kasi alam ko pa na my onting feelings ka pa kay James." She suddenly said.
"It's clear to him that we're friends. It's an important matter rin daw." I said.
"Kasi naman, you've been hanging out with him for one year already. Ano 'iyon? One year kayong MU?" Sambit niya at natawa ako.
"You're crazy." I said. "Enzo's handling your restaurant?" I asked.
"Yup. Switch muna kami. Ugh, nakakapagod kaya mag handle!" She said while swiveling the chair and looking at the view I have.
Yup, Kelly finished her course and started a Resto. Sa Pilipinas muna siya nagsimula at kumita at sumikat naman kaya dito rin ay nagpatayo siya. Her family's been supportive of her kaya sila ang may hawak ng Resto roon sa Manila.
"Well, we have more breaks than you!" Natatawa kong sambit. Enzo is the head of the engineering department kaya hindi siya masyado nagaalala sa mga bagay. For Ara, she wanted to start a Couture in Manila so she did and now she's famous for it!
I already said goodbye at nang nakababa ako ay nakaabang siya sa lobby.
"Tara na." He said and opened the passenger seat for me.
May flowers doon sa loob.
"Thank you, Adam!" I happily said and hugged him.
"You're welcome beautiful." He sweetly said and went back to the driver seat.
We decided na doon nalang sa lagi namin pinagkakainan minsan ay sa condo niya at paglulutuan niya ako. The past year ko lang nalaman na marunong pala siya magluto! Grabe at 'yung age gap lang namin ay two years pero at 13 siya noong natuto! Ako nga noong paglipat ko lang dito sa Paris.
"What's your special dish?" I asked to the waiter who was serving us.
"Beef bourguignon." He answered with amusement.
"I'll have that." I answered.
"I'll have the Flamiche." Adam said while pointing at the menu. Immediately, the waiter left with the list of our order.
"What's the important matter?" I asked.
"Nothing." He said shrugging.
"What? You asked me out for lunch para pagusapan!" I said laughing.
"I'm kidding. Someone from New York wanted to bring the bar there." He told me with excitement.
I stiffened. New York? God, Nadine! Maraming tao ang pwede umalok sa kanya ng ganon na offer from New York! He's not the only person over there.
"I might go for it but I have to go to New York to see the place." He continued.
Naalala ko 'iyong pinagusapan sa board kanina. Someone wants to invest on making a hotel in New York too! They're getting Architects and Interior designers as well. I might consider it since may plano si Adam na pumunta din doon. Plus, I could finally see Kath and Dj after years!
"May offer rin ako sa New York and I might consider it. Si Enzo ay tutuloy talaga dahil siya iyong head ng engineering... I might take it." I said.
"That's great! We could all go to New York. Maaring bakasyon na iyon ni Kelly since she's been working hard with her Resto." He excitingly said.
Oh God, I suddenly want to pack my things. Pero may kailangan pa kaming asikasuhin bago pumunta! Our orders came shortly after our discussion at that was the time I also stiffened because of what I saw.
James.
Siya ba talaga iyon? He's with a girl at pinaupo siya and then he sat after. I looked away but I think he saw me looking. I looked again and that's where our gazes caught. It's really him! Oh my god!
"So after we eat, I should quickly go. I'll tell Enzo that I'll be considering the offer." I said.
"Of course." He answered and continued eating.
While we were eating, I texted Enzo already to take the slot. I also texted Kelly about James.
Kelly:
HE'S THERE? OMG BAKA HINAHANAP KA.
Me:
He knows where I live, Kelly. Remember?
Kelly:
Oh right. Naisabi mo na nga. :( He's looking for you. I'm sure!
Me:
NOPE. May kasama siyang babae.
Kelly:
UGH. Fine. Anys, I heard we're going to New York???? :D
Me:
Yuuup. I'm touring you guys around! Pangako.
Kelly:
Yaaaay! Finally! New York is part of my bucketlist. 😍
Me:
You'll fall in love with New York.
Kelly:
Just like you did. That's the place where it all started right?
Me:

Kelly:
Kidding! 😝
Me:
ANG GWAPO NIYA PA RIN 😩 I MISS MY BABY.
He's wearing a simple suit and his hair was properly fixed.
Kelly:
He's anyone's baby right now. Ayan kase!
Me:

GOD, I miss him SOOO BAD. The moment I was glancing at them, I knew he changed. But he'll be forever be my baby. My first and greatest love. For once, I hoped. I hoped that there would be a chance. That we're really destined to be each other. To be together. I wish destiny would play it right and fairly this time. To be mine.

Kelly:
Ano nangyari sa siya yun nawalan hindi ako. Eh parang ikaw nga yun nawalan. HAHAHA kidding, nadz!
