chapter 6

Once they got home atom went to the kitchen and started cooking dinner the wolf's went to join the rest of there pack dragging the body with them Zeke went to his room and got to work

He pulled out his tools from his backpack he it used his scalper to get the skin and hair off he then polished the skull and removed the brain he removed the spine and turned it into a belt and put the skull on his shelf as a trophy

By the time he was done it was time for dinner so he went downstairs and sat at the table with the others atom emerged from the kitchen carrying a big serving dish piled with slabs of meat he set it down and everyone else dug in Zeke took some meat but hesitated

"You learned it was zombie meat didn't you" said Tristan who sitting next to him

"Yeah"

"Well it's either that or people who aren't infected living people so dig in"

Zeke finally took a bite it tasted like catfish mixed with pork but it was all right

After he finished the piece he decided to ask "hey atom"

"Yeah"

"Remember how you said a zombie werewolf was bad"

"Yeah"

"How do you know that"

"Because one of us became one" he said this in a sad tone

Just then Angel slammed her hands on the table then got up and left

"What wrong with her?" Asked Zeke

"About six months ago another one of us named bryton was fighting zombies and got bit, he turned into a zombie werewolf and started attacking us we had to kill him, he was angels boyfriend"

"That's awful"

"Yep" said patty "she still crys about it"

"Shut up!" said Angel from upstairs "I can hear you"

"Sorry!"

Everyone was silent after that they just ate

After dinner Zeke went upstairs to his room and went to sleep
