He had a blue plaid shirt on, tucked into his perfectly creased tan khakis. I was in sweats, and a tang top that hadn't fit since I was 8(I'm 18 and still wearing this shit). Talk about bad timing
"To bad you couldn't save the jam to" I peered at the chattered jar of grape jam and glass splattered on the tile. "Some how I figured you were more important" he laught and I blushed. He stepped closer, so close I could feel his breath on my forhead.

He bent down and picked up my list and basket after putting everything back. "Here...um"
"Divine! My name is Divine"
"Well here Divine, I'm Jeremy by the way" he handed me my basket and smiled. His teeth where so white I caught myself stuck, like a dear in head lights."you always shop alone?" I regained focus and looked up. "Your boyfriend couldn't make it?"
Is he flirting with me!!??
"Um no, I don't have a boy friend" but I did have a Malik, not really we only met once. "Oh, well would you like to go on a date" I chocked and my face flushed."ya..yeah sure" I stuttered "I mean yes"(smooth Divine real smooth) "are you sure, because you don't seem sure?"
"Yeah I'm sure"
"Great!" He sounded excited which made him even hotter. I handed him my phone, "put your number in"
He handed my phone back to me. "Are you ready?" He smiled again. "Ready for what"
"For our date, of course"I giggled "I'm shopping right now"
"Ok so we'll have it here"
"At the market?!" I laughed and a small snort escaped my mouth. I turn as red as firetruck, I put my hand in front of my mouth. "Cute" he pulled my hand away from my mouth. "Don't hide who you are" my cheeks got so hot I started to stress sweat!
He walked me down the aisles, talking and laughing. Around the time my mom caught up to me I had to introduce Jeremy to her. "Well aren't you a nice young man, I guess I'll give you kids some alone time" she winked at me and started to walk to the car.
"Where do you wanna go" my hand brushed against his and I looked at him. Our eyes met and for a moment I was lost in them. "Umm" I shaked my head trying to come back to reality. "What do you have in mind?" He grinned(in the most adorable way) and put his arm around my shoulder, "its a surprise"
