Amanda's POV

The torture continued the next day when as I saw Euan & Suzanne leave the pent. I saw her sarcastically throwing me glances as if saying something good happened last night while I almost got killed for the second time. I waited a few minutes before I left my room but to my disappointment they are still waiting for the elevator. I want to pretend to go back to get something from my room but that would be too obvious that I am avoiding them.

"Good morning" panimula nito 

"Good morning too."sabi ko sa isang mapait na boses. 

"Where is your boyfriend?" 

"Trey?" I asks. 

"Yeah." 

"We'll meet in the lobby." 

"I will be joining the meeting later."  

Nakasalubong ang kilay na humarap ako sa kanya. 

"Didn't Trey inform you that my father is a major stock holder of the company? I am here as a representative and I will oversee the ads & promotion as well. I will be happy to work with you." She added. 

"I see. Please to be working with you." Sabi ko sa isang plastic na tono. Sana lang ay hindi niya nahalata na ayaw ko ang sinabi niya.

Sa buong araw na nag di-discuss kami ay hindi ako makapag focus. Paano ay walang ginawa ang impaktang ito kung hindi pumulupot kay Euan buong maghapon. Napapansin ko minsan na inaalis ni Euan ang kamay nito ngunit sa isang bulong lang ay parang tuko na kung makadikit ang huli. Nasasaktan ako sa nangyayari.

All of a sudden I receive a message on my phone. It was from Euan. He is asking for a few minutes to talk to me privately. I nervously open the door but dismay to find him just making out with her in the couch. It was like a thousand knife cut my heart. Is this his way of playing games? Walang katapusang pasakit ang paparanas niya sa akin sa panahong mahulog na ang loob ko sa kanya. Hindi ko napigilan ang hindi lumikha ng tunog na siyang nagpabalikwas dito. Mabilis akong tumakbo palayo ngunit nahabol pa rin niya ako.

"Please let's talk. You got the wrong notion." 

"I had nothing to say to you." 

"Suzanne is not my girlfriend. I swear we had nothing romantic between the two of us."

The tears that want to explode from my eyes suddenly fell.

"Please don't cry sweetheart. I don't want to see you crying." Sabi niya habang pinupunasan ang aking mga mata. 

"Just this once Euan please tell me the truth.  

"Who is Suzanne in your life?" 

"She is nobody." 

"She can't be nobody." 

"Do you really want to know the truth?" he asks seriously. 

"N-No."nauutal na sabi ko. I look down and asks another question."Did you talked to our vice president about me being sent here?" 

"W - who told you that?" nag aalangan sabi niya. 

"Just answer me yes or no." Madiin na tanong ko. 

"Yes." 

"Why?" 

"I'll tell you at the right time hindi ngayon na may mas mahalaga tayong hindi pagkakaintindihan." 

"Suzanne was right. I am very stupid." 

"What did Suzanne say to you." 

"Para sa ikakatahimik ng lahat. Let's put an end to all these lies. I know you even before we met in the plane or even before the party. You almost killed me and I want revenge. Masaya ka na ba ?Hindi na ako magpapakita sayo kahit kailan kaya please stay away from me. I don't want to see you anymore." Itinaboy ko ang kamay niya at iniwan siya. Wala akong pakialam kung pinagtitinginan ako ng mga taong nadadaan ko pero masakit na masakit talaga ang loob ko. Totoo nga siguro ang sinasabi ni Suzanne. Ngayon ko napagtagpi-tagpi ang mga scenario at ang mga narinig ko noong isang araw.

Euan's POV

The revelation was like a raging volcano. Biglang nagbalik sa akin ang mga nangyari ng araw na iyon at gusto kong suntukin ng paulit ulit ang sarili ko dahil sa katangahan. Bakit hindi ko nakilala ang babaeng iyon. Bakit sa dinami dami pa ng pwedeng pagkakataon ay noon ko pa siya nakilala. Hindi ko siya masisisi kung bakit ayaw niya ako pero hindi ako susuko. Sa ngayon ay may isang bagay muna akong dapat i settle.

I slam the door and saw Suzanne tapping into my phone.

"This is your doing, right?" 

"I did? Of course I did. Sino pa nga ba." She says na parang proud na proud sa ginawa nito. 

"Are you happy now? What more had you done to make my life miserable? What more do you want to do? I didn't do anything to you. "

Umasim ang mukha nito.

"Bastard! You cause me to be like this. You take love away from me. You put my life to hell." 

"I hadn't done anything." 

"Because you are a damn selfish bastard who only think of his wealth. You push my love to the cliff and make him do suicide. Because of you I had to experience being alone. I had to experience hell." 

"What are you talking about." 

"That stupid factory who compete with Tzu Industy, tama lang na bombahin iyon." 

"How did you know about the bombing? It was not made into public." 

"Oooppss! Masyado na yata matabil ang dila ko."

I cross the gap between us and grip her tightly on her shoulder. "How the hell did you know about the bombing?" 

"You aren't that clever to guess?" she says with a smile on her face. "I cause it. I planned it. It was too unfortunate that your dad wasn't caught with it. I will be more happy if he died that time." She whisper. 

"You bitch!" 

"If I where you I would be going back to the Philippines. A clock is currently tickling in one of your plantation.' She wickedly say.
