(Sophia POV)

"Sophia just take deep breaths in and out, breeze feeling your surroundings, smell the fresh air that flows through your fur." Alpha James says trying to come me down, it's not working I'm scared and in pain I don't know what's going on. Everyone's from the party standing around me in shock.

"Sophia" a voice similar to mine say in my head.

"What is this?" I say.

"Its me Phia your wolf and I am going to take away the pain now, you need to focus. I have a lot to tell you your a werewolf, your mother compiled the miller's to adopt you. When she found out she was pregnant she ran away to a monastery to get you away from your crazy father, once he realized that your mother had special abilities he forced to use her powers for evil. By her being his mate she wasn't able to harmed him without hurting herself in the process. So it's important that you don't say anything to your adopted parents, they don't know anything when she compiled them to forget ever seeing her."

"Sophia, can you hear me." Alpha James said while padding me on the head and surprisingly I like the feeling. "Pack shift"

I look around everyone's transforming into big wolfs all different shades of colors, then it dawned on me I look in town at my feet or should I say paws my fur is a Golden red. The same color as my hair in my human form.

"You are so beautiful sweetie are you ready to run Sophia," says ms. Jasmine well I think Its her I recognize her voice but all I see is a big beautiful pure white wolf in front of me.

Sophia it is Ms. Jasmine she's talking to you through my What we call Mindlink, werewolves can't talk so that's how we communicate one another don't be rude say hi to your Luna."

"Thank you Luna, and you're quite beautiful yourself. Luna where is Stephanie?"

Her birthday isn't until three weeks, she's not a wolf yet so she's in her room getting ready for school in the morning. That's why you're only going to run with us for an hour and then I'm going to have one of the pack members driving home.

"Last one to the lake is on yard duty for tonight," said Alpha James.

Next thing I knew my wife took charge, I made it to the lake in fifth place. Alpha James made in the first place, Chase made it a second please, Austin the beta made it in third place, Luna made it in fourth-place and of course me in fifth place. I never felt so free in my life always know that I was missing something, after James was so impressed he says that I start my training Saturday and he sees great things for my future.

(Chase POV)

At the Sophia changed into her wolf, I gasp for air her wolf is just as beautiful as she is in human form. Her wolf was a luscious golden red with sea blue eyes. My wolf wanted to just run up to her and claim her as our mate, she didn't even notice us her wolf told us

to be patient give her some time to understand everything. All of the unmated wolfs was lusting for her, I used my alpha tone to make them them away from her. Everyone listed to my command, than there Trent since he moved to two months ago he's been all over her. He came six place in the race, I think because he just wanted to look at her from behind. I want to rip him to pieces he's making me sick and I mean it literally sick and weak, some days they flirt with each other so much it makes me have to go home sleep off my headache because I can tell that she likes him more each day. Stephanie see the pain that I go through, she told me that she would try all she can to keep Trent away from Sophia but he's just so damn persistent.
