new town.

"alright girlies, this is my boyfriend, Ryan." my mom said as Kayla and I got out of the car.
Kayla looked at me.
"Ryan these are my daughters Kayla and Bailee," my mom said.
"hi, I'm Kayla," Kayla said shaking his hand.
"that's a rare name," he said.
Kayla hates her name.
"Bailee," I smiled.
"so, girls where staying here with him and his two sons, how old where they again?" my mom said putting her hand on Ryan.
"well ones 16, named josh, and a 14 year old son named Joey." he explained.
Kayla had shorts on and an oversized sweatshirt on.
she was so pretty.
"where's there mom?" Kayla asked casually.
"we got divorced, why you ask?" Ryan said.
"wondering if you got left too." she said.
it was awkwardly silent.
"okay, let's go inside!" my mom said as we opened the back to our car.
we each grabbed a box and headed upstairs.
I walked into the room called mine.
it was huge.
the floors were wooden.
there was a lite grey walls with a white bed and a white bed spread.
then in the back end of the room was a small step with a circle chair hanging, and a desk.
there was a window seat across from the bed with a window.
There was a walk in closest, shelves, dressers, night stands, and a bathroom.
I set my box down and opened the window.
there was a dirty blonde haired boy across in the neighbors window.
I smiled and waved.
but someone walked into my room.
"hello Bailee, I'm Joey." a little boy said.
he was cute, for an eighth grader.
he had brown hair and hazel eyes.
"that's our neighbor, his names alex. he has a brother. there nice," he said.
"oh, yeah, I bet." I smiled.
"well, if you need anything let me know," he said.
he was leaving as Kayla walked in and grabbed him.
"alright kid, sit down, what happened between your parents?" Kayla protested.
"all I know is there was a lot of yelling, a motorcycle and years ago. my dad said my mom happier without us," he shrugged his shoulders.
"your no help, let me see your older brother?" Kayla said.
the kid ran.
I laughed.
"that would be me," someone said walking into my room.
he was very clean.
looked just like his brother.
"my dad didn't want my mom to go out on a motorcycle with friends, she said she could live for herself, the night she went out my dad cheated on her. he said he didn't need her. she ended up in the hospital and the girl my dad hooked up with got an abortion, why you need to know?" Josh asked.
