Violet and Luna

Part 1

"hey, that light is calling you stupid" Josh said pointing at the street lamp. "what?". Violet said jumping up and running over to the window. "Its in Morse code. It's  saying "Violet, you stupid flower, please realize this is Mores code"". Josh said looking violet in the eyes. "Can you write the Morse code stuff down please?" Violet asked him and stared at the light. The only person to call her flower was her best friend, Luna, who disappeared last year. Josh handed her the paper with the Morse alphabet. "I got to get going. Class in the morning. Goodnight violet". Josh said before walking out of her apartment. Violet grabbed a flash light and responded though the window "I can hear you or see you". "Will this even work, is there a camera or something." Violet thought doubting her sanity. The light started flashing fast. "slow down" she responded. "sorry. I'm just happy you finally realized this. I need you to go to the basement". The light said in code. "why" violet responded. "do It flower". Violet grabbed her phone and checked the time. 11:49pm. "I'm going to look so suspicious" she thought. She put a sweater over her pajamas and walked out to the elevator and took it to the basement. Once the doors opened, the elevator was flooded with light. "wow flower, I thought you would have noticed sooner, but no. I. Am. Staving. Being in a basement for a week sucks". A voice said. Violet walked in and couldn't believe what she was seeing. Luna was sitting in a mess of pizza boxes, pop cans, a blanket and a computer. "Hi flower" Luna said. Violet ran over to Luna and punched her in the arm. "WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN. I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD. YOU BETTER EXPLAIN RIGHT NOW OR YOU WILL BE DEAD MOON!" Violet yelled at Luna. "okay. Relax. My parents kicked me out when I came out and they told everyone I ran away. I've been driving around trying to find where you moved. And here I am". Luna said with a huge dorky smile on her face. Luna was a masculine girl who wore leather jackets, chokers, and had the worlds largest collection of black boots. "I'm sor..." Luna started but Violet kissed her before she could finish. "I missed you so much" Violet whispered into her ear. Luna moved her away from her face and stared into her eyes. Violet was a quite book nerd who always wore some type of fandom merch, a sweater and the comfiest looking jeans. "I knew you had a thing for me, flower" Luna whispered. She kissed Violet back. "We should clean this" Violet said looking at the mess Luna had left. "Then" she continued in a whisper. "let's go on an adventure."
