Walking in the shadows or shade depending on the season, she moved quietly between lecture halls. If you looked close enough you would see brown curls reaching for freedom from the darkness of the grey or black hoodie that she always wore pulled over her face. Anyone who managed to actually see her face would have see large brown eyes framed by thick black rimmed glasses, a button nose with a sprinkle of brown freckles and full lush pink lips. No one had heard her voice as it was assumed that she was deaf or mute. Her main forms of communication was sign language,which wasn't often as most did not know how to do sign language or could be bothered interacting with the quiet weird hooded girl. She made it her business to keep being unseen for last two years of college. It was her preferance to blend into the great walls of Andrews University, the all american college life was initally planned but life was a cruel b-arch who didn't care who she f$#ed over. Now she had obligations to meet and hard decisions had to be made. The pressures of life bearing down on her like vice. The darker side of life offered her a solution to her financial situation and her passion.
